Friendly and instructive tutor, taught in a way that made it easier to remember

Good course and great instructor

I had a great experience on this first aid training course. The trainer was incredibly engaging, knowledgeable, and made the entire session both fun and interactive. They explained everything clearly, encouraged participation, and used real-life examples that made the learning easy to understand and remember.

What could have been a dry subject turned into an enjoyable and confidence-building experience. The hands-on practice and relaxed atmosphere made it easy to ask questions and get involved.

I came away feeling much more confident in my ability to respond in an emergency. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for high-quality first aid training with a trainer who genuinely makes learning enjoyable. Thank you for such a great experience!

FULLY INTERACTIVE HANDS ON TRAINING COURSE ,NOT JUST LISTENING TO SOMEONE DRONE ON , BEEN ON MANY OVER THE YEARS AND THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST.

Good tutor, made the course enjoyable for a refresher

Easy to follow, explained well and straight to the point.

There was a good amount of practical and lots of topics to run through on the day. Came away feeling confident with knowing what steps I should take to help someone who needed some assistance

The Trainer was knowledgeable in what he was teaching us and also was able to deliver with some humour.
The Course embedded what I already knew, but it is great to have the refresher courses, in case of any changes tin legislation.

The 2 ladies made it an enjoyable learning experience , in a nice setting

The training was great I really enjoyed the way the trainer brought everything to life. No power point!!! Very unusual these days not to use a powere point - I personally like something to look at but its better no power point than to much power point.

Really nice person who ran our course. Taught well. And naturally, I knew a very limited amount about first aid (and also incorrect information), but this course taught me a lot and opened my eyes to what can be done in various situations.
