We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had a negative experience with us.
To clarify, the blue controller was sent in error by our fulfilment team. It was not sent intentionally, and it has no relation to the Apple Watch order. The controller you received was sold on the same listing, at the same price, and in the same condition as the purple controller, but we fully appreciate that it was not the colour you ordered.
As soon as we were made aware of the error, we offered our free returns information and confirmed that you are welcome to return the controller for either a full refund or a replacement with the correct colour.
Regarding the Apple Watches, these were purchased after the controller had already been dispatched, so the controller colour issue was not connected to that order. The watch order was cancelled as requested after you advised that you had ordered the wrong item. As the watches had not yet been dispatched, we were happy to cancel them for you.
The controller also remains covered by our 12-month warranty, as well as eBay’s 30-day Money Back Guarantee so you are still very welcome to return the controller for a full refund or replacement.
We’re happy to resolve this for you.

I found this seller on eBay. And decided to buy a watch from them. The watch turned up promptly and was very well packaged.
Sadly after having the watch for 10 months it stopped charging. I contacted Google but as I'd bought the watch from eBay they recommended I contacted the seller. So I did. These guys were absolutely great. They asked me to send the watch back to them (for free) and then issued me a replacement a day out two afterwards. They responded to all my queries quickly, efficiently and kept me updated on my return. Great customer service. I would recommend buying from this company in the future.

I ordered through the eBay shop. Ended up having an issue with the item when I got around to installing it. Despite it beyond eBay’s returns period Red Rock were really proactive and helpful with issuing me a refund.

No packaging or charging lead
Bought two Ring batteries. These were advertised as returns - ie packaging may be imperfect. No packaging at all ( except bubble wrap) and no charging lead. No even sure if these are genuine. Just charging them now.
