I bought an item from City Beach and it didn't suit me so I decided to try Refundid. It was efficient and I got my refund with no issues and it was instant. In the past, I’ve always had to wait up to 2 weeks to get a refund and it was tough when you were short on money. I really like the concept of Refundid and I want every retailer to offer this.

Instant refund, super easy forms to fill out. so easy to print out the return slip and tape it to your package, then drop at your local post office. So fool proof, I love using Refundid

Also makes the returns process so simple. Some companies have a really clunky returns process that will deter some people who can’t be bothered to go through all the steps.
