I deliberated extensively before deciding to purchase a new bike.

Ready-made bikes from various retailers didn't afford me the flexibility to tailor my choice to meet specific requirements.

Thanks to Phil for the advice over fitting my lovely new red Reilly headset - was a breeze! Was a bit of an emergency but arrived well in time to fit for my next ride. Cheers guys

The buying process was easy and Phil was great to chat to about the options on the frameset.
The only thing that maybe worth considering in future when selling framesets is maybe some cable pullthroughs for cable placement etc.
Really pleased with the quality of the frame.

Great bike and really good pre delivery service for advice/spec tweaking.
Nearly lost a disc on the first ride due to a retainer nut not being tightened properly so build process clearly not foolproof, but I am absolutely loving the bike so all forgiven!

Staff were patient,listened to my specific needs and kept me updated during the ordering/build process .I have received a wonderful machine with a ride and build quality I have never experienced in over 50 years of cycling .Comfort and ease of use were my priorities,this bike has exceeded my expectations and I'm looking forward to many more years of cycling knowing I will never have to buy another bike ,highly recommended.

Comprehensive website with easy to select options. I was then able to approach a local stockist the BIA Hub in Twyford where I discussed options with them. The bike was delivered and inspected within 2 weeks, and it is great.

For the initial contact with Reilly, contact with Phil has been brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and no question too daft, he was always willing to help, I was kept up to date with regular email communication.

Reilly never cease to impress with the work they do and the support the customers get through the life of the bike.
My 600SLD had a little bit of surface finish trouble but Neil and co leapt into action and have rebuilt her! The bike is 7 but looks like it just came out of Neil's carbon wonderland. Top work guys. As always.
