Parcel delayed by 5 days now no response from Customer service.

Do not use Relay if you're buying birthday gifts for your family. It won't arrive on time or ever.

Do not use for your own safety

Do not use for your own safety. Had a delivery arrive whilst I was out a few weeks ago. The driver called me and within minutes was getting extremely aggressive, screaming down the phone at me so loudly the person next to me could hear every word. When I calmly told him I'd need him to speak to me more reasonably or id have to hang up, he got angrier so I ended the call.

He called me back twice, and the last call I picked up to him screaming at me that I was a f***ING idiot down the phone. All because I was out dealing with a personal emergency, no escalation from my side.

I contacted Relay to report this and have sent two chasers but have received no reply for two and a half weeks.

The situation has left me feeling unsafe in my own home due to this extremely unhinged man having my address, and I will never use the company again for my own safety particularly given the lack of response from customer services.

I went to my Relay shop and the fella…

I went to my Relay shop and the fella there couldn't connect to the website..so i came back home with the parcel..I will try tomorrow later in the day..i will be annoyed if they can't scan the bar code...the bloke in the shop wasn't the most helpful..

How can you be this rubbish

Who the hell are these jokers.
1st time I've received a delivery and I hope last.
Looked promising with the wattsap alert, but no was delivered, was just left.
People in all day. Yet I find it on the doorstep at 11pm when I come home.
Never knocked or rang. Just left it.
Luckily nobody took it I guess.
Didn't even want to give 1 star.

I would give half a star

I would give half a star. Waiting on an ASOS parcel. Said delivery attempted but it wasn’t.. no one came to the door. Now two days later supposed to be re delivered and it hasn’t. Customer support doesn’t work either. Awful service.

Twice now ive been kept waiting for a…

Twice in a week ive been kept waiting for a delivery, they give u a time window but never deliver on time, keeps u waiting all day, avoid at all costs, update, delivery due today, i was given 3 delivery time window but parcel not delivered, no response from customer service, absolutely shocking,

Package arrived but damaged

Parcel arrived, driver cant read the notice on the sliding gate so it was
Thrown over our fence
Damaged packaging
Wet through due to it raining on the day of delivery
Will be putting a claim in for a new item
Bitterly disappointed as it was a birthday present

Awful.

Awful.
They have had my parcel for a week; I emailed them and received an automated email saying they would respond in 72 hours.
It is now 5 days later and still no response or movement of my parcel.
I know the retailer will refund my parcel, but that isn’t the point.
They are paid to deliver parcels and they are not doing their job at all. No response at all either.
There must be some sort of trading standards being broken here.

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service!
This item could have fit in the letterbox but they claimed they couldn't deliver.
Now its been out for delivery every day since.
Filled in multiple help forms and get no response

Twice in a row

Twice in a row, I have received someone else’s parcel while my own purchase has gone missing. This appears to be the result of parcels being incorrectly labelled or mishandled when collected from the lockers.

I could overlook a one-off mistake as human error, but having the exact same issue happen twice consecutively—with different lockers and different sellers—suggests a much deeper problem in the processes. The fact that this has happened repeatedly shows a concerning lack of care and quality control.

I have very little confidence in this company’s ability to handle deliveries reliably.

I ordered a parcel on vinted via relay…

I ordered a parcel on vinted via relay really exited to receive it as I was desperate to receive the contents of it. The parcel was lost. It was lost pretty much immediately into the delivery process and despite my countless contact with relay they could not find the parcel and now claim I can only deal with this issue through vinted. I had to claim a refund, I didn’t want to as I wanted the parcel I actually ordered. Don’t buy vinted parcels through relay is you can avoid it!
