5 STAR PLUS SERVICE
Our order (220120) was for 2 x Ecclesfield Chairs. We compared various web sites & ReliMobility provided the best price & availability. Contact was through John in Customer Services, who went the extra mile to ensure a smooth purchase.
Although delivery wasn't made on the Friday arranged because of an unforeseen 'incident', we were prioritised for the Monday & our chairs were delivered before noon. The driver was extremely pleasant & helpful, removed the old chairs & installed the new ones. Unfortunately we didn't get his name but he is a credit to his company.
The chairs are very well made, super comfortable & supportive. Just what we hoped.
A very positive experience & we have no hesitation in recommending ReliMobility. Thank you.

I ordered a byAcre carbon rollator just after the Xmas deadline. ReliMobility pulled out all the stops and had the rollator delivered before Xmas. The rollator is excellent, so light and well constructed.
I'd recommend ReliMobility.

I am most impressed with ReliMobility. I ordered a walking stick with light and alarm as a Christmas present for my host. When I ordered it online last Sunday the website said the office was closed until January and anything ordered would be a post-Christmas delivery. I put a note to say I would be most grateful if it could get to me before Christmas and it arrived on Tuesday! You couldn't have better service than that!
