Most negative feedback is constructive in some sense. However, you tried to take advantage of a website malfunction and you failed. Our systems blocked your actions!. We believe that you were absolutely aware of what you were doing as you attempted the same action on 2 occasions. On both occasions our systems stopped you. Your chosen recourse thereafter was to publish a very negative review in an attempt to cause harm.
We have no issue learning from constructive feedback that may reflect on genuine poor service or errors. However yours is one of an extremely rare occasion where the review is unfounded and malicious.
Excellent service
When I called, the man was really helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. The wheelchair arrived the next day and is perfect for my mum and a really competitive price, thank you.

When the handle arrived the box was…
When the handle arrived the box was very battered as if it had been used before. My husband attached the handle and it worked perfectly when we had a shower, however the next morning it had fallen off and was on the floor of the shower. I am afraid to use it now as I have mobility issues due to having neck surgery and if it came off when I was using it it would have dire consequences. I was going to order another one, but I will have to buy one now from another company which would guarantee it was safe to use.I am very disappointed with it.

Suction grab bars depend on wall surface, texture and moisture levels, so unfortunately no suction-based product can guarantee performance in every environment.
