We loved our Remootio. It works very well, was relatively easy to install and we loved how customisable it was. My unit stopped working after a few months, sadly. Emailed support who answered promptly and organised a replacement unit.

I already have a smart garage door opener, but it doesn't work with CarPlay (or Alexa). Remootio is supposed to work with my opener (Chamberlain w/MyQ) but it doesn't. However, tech support was able to show me how to do a simple bypass and now it works great! Tech support is a little slow (one question/answer per day) so it took a few days to work out the problem, but I'm now a happy camper. Thanks!

I bought a Remootio 3 and it did everything that it advertised and more! I'm incredibly happy with the product. I enjoyed setting it up and the app works great. I particularly love the gate sensor and the app notifications.

I had one small problem with an error I was receiving in the app when I tried to configure the "left open" notification. I contacted support and they were able to guide me to a fix. They were fast and friendly.

If you're on the fence about buying one of their products, just go for it – they make some great stuff!

A great device - just what I was after to be able to control the garage door from my phone remotely. And excellent customer service - very prompt and comprehensive communication to resolve a question I had (all it required was a firmware update). Highly recommend.

I Love my Remootio 3 ! The fact people can come and go with this app with out me being there is great . I did have a small issue the relay would work most of the time and sometimes it wouldn’t. After sending an email to customer support I got a reply back within 20 minutes. I sent in pics of my wiring and gate electrical panel . They followed up with saying everything looked good. So they told me to change to a different output in the relay and app and it works flawlessly now . I can’t say enough about the device it’s AWESOME!!! Thank you customer support! Shawn V.

As always Remootio customer support was super responsive and released a fixed within hours. Pretty amazing support for a one payment product purchase, (ie. better than most Saas business that you are paying monthly)

The how to instructions and manual are incredibly easy to use and informative and the device and phone app are intuitive and simple to operate.

Extremely easy to setup, even with no electrical knowledge at all. It took me 5 minutes to get the Remootio plugged into the right ports, including power.

Contacting support via email was easy and the support received corrected and answered the questions asked without a problem. Highly support Remootio!

Excellent product, I have 2x Remootio IIgen. and 1x Remootio IIIgen. + cameras etc .... Very simple installation, working very well, we used the app Remootio on our phones, and guest keys also...
I am satisfied and recommend to the other people, who find nice products for doors, gates etc...

If you have an electrically operated driveway gate, a garage door or similar, then I highly recommend that you purchase and fit a "Remootio" controller. It converts your gate, door or similar into a smart unit. With the "Remootio App" on your mobile phone you will have complete control and peace of mind wherever you are, from sounding an intruder alarm to sending a reminder to your phone if you accidently leave home without closing your gates or garage door and you don't need to return home, you can close it using your phone and it will confirm when you have been successful. It really is a smart controller and has too many features to list here. I have one fitted to my electric garage door along with a cctv camera connected to it. Not only does it detect movement but it differentiates between the type of motion ie, whether it's a vehicle or person plus it sends a live video feed to my phone. It really is impressive and I cannot praise it enough. I must not forget to mention that "Remootio.com" truly cares about it's clients and their customer service speaks volumes about just how much, they respond so quickly to any queries you may have and that is very reassuring.

I've been searching for a WiFi based controller for our electric gate but the options are limited. Based on my experience, the Remootio 3 is the best opener available on the market. Most of the other WiFi controllers that I found are designed for garage doors and needed to be modified to support a gate opener. The Remootio 3 was easy to install and works flawlessly through Bluetooth, WiFi and Internet access. The open/close sensor is a great addition and minimizes my need to look at the gate through a webcam. The app is well designed and user friendly and linking to Google Home was simple. I had a couple of questions prior to purchase and the support team was quick to answer with very clear responses. This is a high quality product with an outstanding company to back it up.

What can I say, problem solved with no fuss and speed.

Remootio Customer Service for after sales support was superb and fast. I had an issue with wiring to the motor control board and Remootio quickly identified where to connect the respective wires. Many weeks passed and I lost the original email with the wiring diagram, a short email and 30mins later Remootio team replied with the wiring diagram. My best experience with any company for online service.

The Remootio support team was prompt with responses to questions and the information provided was spot on to help me with my issue
