Remootio's customer service is excellent. I bought a Remootio 3 under another company's name and was having some problems with it. That company was absolutely no help and even gave me false information. I emailed Remootio and quickly received a reply with detailed steps to solve the problem. I did what they suggested and the problem was solved. I would definitely recommend their product.

I had some difficulties setting the unit up which turned out to be my errors. They kept on helping until the problem (mine) was solved.

Unit worked great for 18 months then lost our connection. After several unsuccessful attempts to reconnect I contact the customer service and they helped get my Remootio 3 back on line. I had a loose connection on my control wire and needed to do more than one hard resets to remedy the issues. All is good now. I love the convenience this little unit provides for our main gate operation.

I started using the Remootio app for my Ghost gate opener. The app really worked well and allowed me to operate and monitor my gate from anywhere using my cell phone! When I saw the Remootio3 device offered a way to add their remarkable functionality to my Apollo solar powered gates I had to get one on order. I have been looking for a way to operate/update my Apollo solar powered gate controllers for operation with my cell phone. Remootio's website provided the wealth of information I needed to confidently integrate Remootio's functionality with my existing solar powered gates. I fully expect a straight forward and very simple installation. I have interacted with Remootio's customer service and they have responded quickly and been very helpful. I look forward to installing my Remootio3 and I will provide a hands on review when I have it installed.

Because of compatibility check feature on Remootio website it was easy to check if Remootio will work with my Gate opener. My exact model of gate opener was not listed, but short and simple mail to Remootio support provided the answer. Also, Support provided me with the exact wiring guide for my Gate opener.
installation was fast and simple ( I am DIY-er, with no previous experience), and I'm really happy with purchase and Remootio support.

It was very pleasing to receive almost immediate response to my web enquiry, and Remootio follow-up was exceptional.
The Remootio 3 I purchased and installed worked as promoted, even connection for iPhone Siri for voice command is superb.
I would recommend Remootio to anyone wanting to automate the gate or garage opening using the internet as a primary communication device.

Remootio can be installed very easy and I am using this product for 9 months now.
I am very satisfied about the working, but especially the digital/personal support is great.

Excellent product and a fantastic customer support. No question was too stupid and support was given till everything worked perfect. I can absolutely recommend this company and the Remootio product.

Great product, but after sales service is hit and miss. My device failed after about 10 months of use. Initally they were responsive, saying that it would be replaced. I have been told it will be sent 'tomorrow' a few times and struggled to get replies from customer service.

The replcement was finally sent about a month later - to the wrong address. Despite giving them my address, they sent it to an old one. If they could get their customer service right, this would be a fantastic product, but as it stands its simply frustrating.

They responded quickly, were super friendly, and helped me sort out my problem, I was very impressed.

This little device worked exactly as described for controlling my gates. I think I spent less than 10 minutes to install it! It also arrived by UPS in record time (1day, Hungary to France). The Remootio app to set everything up has been very carefully designed to be as intuitive as possible, I am quite amazed at how quickly I got this gate controller up and running on HomeKit.

Love this product. Easy and better solution than many out there.
