I hope the product when it arrives is as good as the technical support that Remootio supply prior to purchase! Excellent commercial & technical support with lightning fast replies.

What a great customer service that solved my queries literally in minutes (subject to you are in the same time zone or if in South hemisphere keep yourself awake at midnight:-). I discussed all my concerns and got a very satisfied reply from the team and you know what? It took me 10 minutes to set it all up and my garage was WIFI operated. I definitely recommend the product.

I presently use two Remootios - one for a garage door and one for a gate, making use of scheduled automations and manual triggering. They've both worked flawlessly for several years. I've sent a few questions to the Support team during that time and they always respond quickly and thoroughly. Great product with great support.

I've had these devices for my garage doors for two years. They were easy to set up and they are perfect as tracking logs when the doors open and close.

During set up, I had one technical question. The response time is excellent. One of the units stopped logging it's activity and again, in less than a day customer service was on it and the problem easily fixed.

I had a question regarding wiring for Remootio 3. The answer has been provided in the way that a kid could make it work - very detailed, diagramed and in a very timely manner. Thank you, guys!

They actually responded within 24 hrs and fixed my app issue. Not very often these days do companies respond. Thank you!

We have Richmond swing gate opener (new release) which wasn't listed on any "remote" site. I emailed Remootio to see if theirs would work on our new gate openers.
I have never been so happy with customer service from ANY company ever. As we live in Australia, calling wasn't really an option.
I had quick replies and even the wiring diagram emailed to me.
Cannot be happier.... AWESOME remote with fantastic service.

Fast response which answered my question clearly. Had taken the time to understand my request and therefore no follow ups were needed.

Well documented product with simple instructions for even the most inexperienced. Took only 30 minutes to be set up and working. And it is great to do something like this rather than changing the whole gate setup.

The Remootio 3 is an amazing device. I connected it to my Roger Technology electric gate system and it worked immediately! WiFi and BT enabled its an absolute doddle to set up. Works with Apple Home so I can open/close gates on my watch. Also, they Auto Open when my phone enters the Geo-location. Programmable release button inside the drive - I can specify what hours it works. Sensor tells me current status (open or closed) Also, works with Alexa Show in the kitchen (Amazon forces the use of an audio pin). Could go on all day ! Finally, Domonkos in the support team is incredible responsive.

Customer service was super!! Immediately addressed my concern, and I was back up and running at no time.

Ordered direct from Remootio on a Sunday, arrived on the Tuesday to Ireland. This device is awesome. Software is top class. It was easy to install the hardware to my Casanoov board. Customer support was very helpful and prompt. The app is very intuitive and feature packed. Highly recommended.

I installed this product in minutes, it is amazing, I am blown away of how simple this is. I like it so much on my gate I am going to put it on my garage door even there is no real need! I ordered it on a Monday and it arrived on a Wednesday (In Australia) I shared the key with my kids and get notified now each time they open or close the gate!
