A “must buy”…
I have used this product now for now 3yrs and changed houses twice in that period and love it’s been compatible with all units. The team has been so supportive and prompt with any questions, I’d highly recommend buying this universal convenience.

Suite à une publication sur un de mes médias sociaux,J’ai acheté ce produit via le site du fabricant Remootio.com le produit m’a été envoyé très rapidement avec des notifications de suivi de mon colis .
Lors de l’installation sur ma motorisation de garage j’ai rencontré des difficultés avec les raccordements électriques du dispositif, j’ai contacté le service après-vente qui m’a très rapidement re contacter et à effectué auprès de moi un suivi personnalisés afin de solutionner toute les difficultés rencontrées ! Vraiment épaté par la qualité de leur SAV ! A présent je suis vraiment satisfait de ce dispositif et des nombreuses possibilités que l’application offre !

Great device. Only thing in my house not integrated was gate opener and it is all integrated to one system. Great device, pretty easy to install and great and super responsive customer support.
Incredible Customer Service
These guys have the most incredible customer service. Solved my tech issues so quickly - replied over email within minutes with photos and explanations…..incredible support. Product is great too! Just works, every time, and great compatibility (google home, HomeKit, iPhone app, etc). Highly recommended.
Camera Setup Problems
I contacted Remotio Support when having problems connecting a new camera (which was delivered from them very promptly) to the Remotio App. Despite some of the problems being self-induced (not reading their guidelines properly), they offered great (and very prompt) supportive advice, and stayed with me back and forth until I had a successful connection… and they have the foresight to incorporate lessons learned here to help improve the instructions they issue for others.
A good, solid, forward-thinking Company who realise a customer is not an inconvenience to their job, but the main reason behind it.
Simply can’t fault them from any aspects – they really do care about customer support, and it shows. It’s a pity so few other Companies follow their lead. 10/10.
Had a not working foscam activation…
Had a not working foscam activation code (my cam is a foscam C2m) the second code worked and I got the not working one refunded.
What a terrific company with a personal touch!
In today's world where everything is "fixed" with help forums and wishful thinking, I knew years ago I had come upon something special. I bought this "gizmo" that promised to do things nothing else in the market would do, that solved problems that were what I believed to be unsolvable. Add to that, the company I was asking to solve these problems from was one I had never heard of before and the company was based in a part of the world reputed to be less than honorable. To my surprise (and my tech's amazement) not only did it work as promised, but when we were unable to plug and play in an application where no others had worked, I received almost immediate personal service and it began exceeding all our expectations. That was about 2+ years ago and has done so day in and day out since.
What was that application? It was a hangar door that required a timed relay actuation to open and a different timed actuation to close. All this for an electronic thing that fits in the palm of your hand and costs a mere pittance? I would have expected and gladly paid a "subscription" service or a Per issue repair fee. We have expanded our Remootio fleet to our bed and breakfasts, Airbnbs, Boat yard access, other access doors and windows, gateways, etc. in fact, the applications where ever expanding. Imagine running a rental Airbnb for daily access without ever having to physically ever having to hand over a key? Or restricting access to a non paying or late tenant. All from the app on your phone. Gotta love it!

NO SUPPORT
This product performed exceptionally well and was easy to install. I mounted it on the primary gate to our business without any difficulties and even ran a 150-foot Cat5 cable without any issues. However, I must mention that this product has no customer service or support available. Despite attempts to contact the manufacturer via email or phone (NO CONTACT NUMBER), there was no response. Consequently, if you have any questions or encounter any problems with the product, you will have to resolve them on your own.

I have had Remootio 3 running on a gate 200ft from wifi & it works well. Have had a few hiccups but Remootio support is one of the most responsive companies I’ve had the pleasure to work with in a while
I think this company is a fraud
Tried to order the remootio 3 from their website and payment was denied twice. Went to my account to see why and there were 6 charges from remootio on it even though my payment was denied twice. WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!!

Finally a product that works as it advertises and has been flawless for 6 years now.
Just bought a new house and fitted a series 3 after great service from the Remootio team. The only company that I have emailed and received a reply within 24 hours with a relevant answer to my question and that is every time I have emailed not just once.

After contacting customer support for a few questions, the product works flawlessly! Their staff was responsive and timely with my questions and their solutions, something that unfortunately is rare these days. I highly recommend this remote!
Huge security issue
I purchased the Remootio 3 a bit over 18 months ago. Pretty much from the beginning it never worked properly, Issues ranged from annoying to major security risks.
Annoying issues include it CONSTANTLY connecting and disconnecting from Bluetooth even though my phone was only 10 meters away sitting on a bench. Due to this I have left Bluetooth permanently disabled.
Bigger problems included it not opening when you enter the inner perimeter, so you have to manually open it with the app. Once I drive into the garage, I manually close the door, only to have the door auto open by itself 10 minutes later as the app has only just detected me entering the inner zone. This scenario has occurred at least 4 times.
The major security issue is it has opened the garage door on 6 or more occasions about 5 to 20 minutes after I have left home and am between 8 to 25 kms away, if I had not heard the app notify me the door had opened then my door could have remained open all day while at work.
I have contacted tech support many times with this major issue, sent log files at least 3 or 4 times, with zero resolution. I requested a replacement or refund multiple times each time the request was ignored. All they respond with is suggestions I have already tried or to tell me no one else has this issue.
Do to this major issue the auto open is now disabled and the Remootio is now just a very expensive manual door opener.

We arrived home at 16:13 Remootio claims it executed an auto open at 16:13 this is not correct the door did not open. I executed a manual open at 16:14 via the app.
Due to this happening once again I have no choice but to remove the Remootio and not use it again as it is a serious security risk.
I am not happy at all with the operation of the Remootio, and I am very disappointed that you will not offer a free replacement.
Device output terminal did not work out of the box.
I received this device but to my great disappointment it had a fault out of the box. I am an electrical engineer and with a bit of fault finding worked out what the issue was. Please be aware that this might be an issue with other devices in your inventory.
The output terminals were not connected to relay contacts. On closer inspection of the circuit board, I could see this came about because the Terminal block solder pads had lifted of the circuit board thus breaking the electrical connection with the output contacts of the relay.
I unsoldered and fixed this and now it works as expected.

It's a brilliant product
It's a brilliant product, I installed one yesterday at my house and I was very impressed with its functionality and the app interface. Only had one issue when first trying to pair device with app, I didn't have location turned on. Once I did , app connected to Remootio straight away.
