We bought graded washing machine. Graded means new but with some scratches. But they send second hand machine as we found previous customer login in system.
They lied about product to sell

First fridge faulty replacement was more expensive but left with no choice as urgently required - now installed and working well

No problems with my order, happy with my appliance and delivery was fast and good.

The dishwasher was very accurately described and is working well.

They advertise items as ‘new other’ but send used and say they must have made a mistake as they don’t sell any new other items. A quick check and they list most as new other. Their return, refund and a few other terms and conditions are highly illegal.
Ignorant, snotty and rude.
You will see I’m not alone in thinking this. I guess it’s a case of if it goes well (or you’re willing to accept compen and excuses) it’s all good, but any kind of issue and it’s a nightmare. Fingers crossed buying is not good buying.

The customer service manager refused to correspond, even though i asked for a manager multiple times, when she eventually did she did it once, in a 'this is how is is, like it or lump it' type attitude, then didn't bother after that.
You did keep throwing the consumer rights act at me, even though i pointed out it was the Consumer Contracts Regs that applied, and your rules and regs are illegal.
(I will be re checking and reporting you to trading standards if they're still the same)
You need to do better so do better instead of defending your failings.

It's a great concept but not worth it. 2 of the appliances we ordered needing replacing as they were faulty. The washing machine was actually quite dangerous and caused tripped electrics and emitted smoke. I don't think It's very safe to order from this company. They were reluctant to come and pick up the appliance and when they didn't show up said we weren't home when we were and there was no sign of them. Noe they are expecting us to wait another week (without a washing machine and an 18 month old) for them to collect. There's no point calling them on the phone either - they never answer. AVOID.

Bought a Shark Fan and a Ninja Crispi directly from their store. Both items working great and in great condition. A huge saving from buying from store, visited their shop in Gateshead, definitely worth a visit.

Every aspect of my purchase was very easy to follow. The communication was brilliant and although the item was described as slightly damaged, I still haven't found the fault on my purchase. Will definitely use this company in the future

An amazing product

I must say that I’m super impressed at how speedily my case was dealt with by this company , had some issue with the appliance and I contacted them on a Wednesday morning and to my surprise a replacement was shipped out to me on Friday, I didn’t even miss my weekend wash day routine which is very important to me as a person with a busy schedule it’s an incredible service that touches deeply ,understanding customers needs and and doing everything to satisfy it . I am a customer for life ! I’m sincerely thankful for the service .

The process for ordering was pretty simple, the problem that occurred was when it came to preparing for shipping. The company that was due to ship the item wasn’t aware that I had paid extra for removal of the old dishwasher, when I rang them they advised to speak to Renew2u so I sent an email but this was never picked up, after a few days I rang them and they advised that the details would be updated then.

I then called the delivery company and they arranged delivery with the coming Monday which was good.

I have since emailed Renew2u as the dishwasher was very dirty when I received it and looked as if it had been used quite a bit before selling. If so I would have at least expected it to have been cleaned but there was food and lots of dirt on the item.

I have emailed them again but no response once again.

I’m also concerned that even after reading this you’ve made no effort to reach out. My last email to you was regarding the state of the appliance received that was filthy and attached photos to confirm
