Jessica and Jacob were great to work with! They kept us informed through out the short process. I highly recommend them for any renovation loan needs.

We began working with RenoFi before purchasing our home in November 2023, intending to secure a renovation loan. RenoFi assured us that obtaining the loan would be no issue, as long as we provided finalized plans from our remodel company. We gave them all of our information upfront, and with their word, we moved forward with purchasing the house. However, once the plans were finalized six months later, everything changed.

The loan officer who had been working with us became unreachable, responding to our inquiries with vague updates like "looks good" or "on the right track" before stopping communication altogether. Two months later, we requested a new loan officer, but the same issues occurred. We were given constant excuses—"waiting on my manager," "I'll reach out after my meeting,"—but no meaningful progress was made. Over the course of a year, we’ve been left in a very difficult financial position, with no loan, no communication, and no accountability from RenoFi.

Our experience mirrors the frustration of other customers who feel misled and trapped by RenoFi’s false promises. RenoFi’s lack of professionalism and communication has caused us to waste valuable time and left us searching for another lender. This company operates under unethical guidelines, and we would caution others from trusting their promises.

I received solid advice and very considerate service from Jacob & Jessica. This is my first major construction project - the renofi team discussed a few possible strategies for me and helped me find & close on a loan that met my needs.

Application was easy to follow and upload the required documents. Jacob was outstanding in his communication and feedback as the process progressed. He displayed professionalism and confidence that made me feel extremely comfortable with this decision. Loan went through without a hitch with no surprises. Much gratitude to Jacob for a job well done.

My experience with Renofi was a positive interaction with the real people behind the website. They were available by phone and email to work through the process. Marc, Casey, Christopher … all held our hand to get us to our stated goal when even we didn’t think we needed it. Renovation financing has its own particular set of hurdles and it was better to have an experienced team help us. We are grateful that they were diligent and didn’t waiver from their commitment to help us reach where we wanted to be with our renovation project.

I've done multiple transactions with Reno-fi.. Creative Solutions and always got my money in a timely fashion. I will continue to use them for all my projects, great staff, great experience every time

Amazing experience, best rates in town and I truly love the 2 options where you can either go traditional heloc but w/ prime rate not your typical prime +1 rate. Or you can get an after construction value HELOC both products with 90% LTV and prime rate!!!
