Great team, great customer service and a company that takes the time to assist with your questions and concerns. Five stars for sure!

They wasted my time for over 6 months telling me I was pre-qualified for almost $200k from their “initial financial review” only to then have them say the complete opposite when I actually went to apply. Regret ever contacting them.

Uploaded all required documents 1 week ago nothing was reviewed and agent wont reply to calls, text or emails.
Very disappointed. a week wasted. moving on

Oh, my gosh, Whitney, Jessica and Renofi were TRULY UNBELIEVABLE!! God used them to bless our socks off!!

First, I reached out to Renofi, and our Wonder Woman Whitney was my point-of-contact. We were still in the "deciding" phrase of who we wanted to go with. Whitney would reach out from time-to-time and touch base WITHOUT being pushy or overbearing. Because of her gentle nudges, I decided to respond to her. Oh, am I SOOO glad I did!!! That was Tuesday of last week. Although she didn't have any appointments for Wednesday, when my husband would be available as well, she "squeezed" us in the next day, on Wednesday, at a time that worked for us. Then as they say, "the rest was history!"

She emailed me everything she needed that same day, by Thursday, the next day, I returned everything back to her, and by Friday, my loan was approved!! Yes, TWO days after speaking with our Wonder Woman Whitney, OUR LOAN WAS APPROVED!!!

In "flys" Jessica in her Super Woman cape, and got the loan processed through Lafayette Federal Credit Union on Friday, yes, that same day!! By Monday, my loan was funded, and by Wednesday, yes, A WEEK LATER, the funds were in our account!!!

Now, Renofi says, it takes 7 to 10 BUSINESS days to process most loans, but ours was done in a week, 5 BUSINESS days actually; from start to funds in account!!!

I can't wait to get some of this loan paid back, because I'll be back for another one for our next project, and I'll be looking for my two Super Sheros, Wonder Woman Whitney and Super Woman Jessica!!

I reached out to RenoFi about six months ago. At the time, I was looking into a few different options for some home improvement projects, but was not ready to apply for a loan. The team was always responsive and helpful. They would follow up from time to time to see if I was finally in need of a loan. When I was finally ready, I reached out them and let them know, so we scheduled an appointment to go over everything. I ended up choosing to go with a personal loan as the turnaround was supposed to be much quicker. Everything went fine until I submitted the application. They said it would take about a week to get everything wrapped up. After one week, I hadn't heard anything, so reached out to my loan person who never responded. I called customer service and left a voicemail, which they never returned (even though they say they will call you back within a few minutes). I only got a response after I texted three people. While all I wanted was an update on my loan, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment with another loan person, which I agreed to. When I got on the phone with this person, he was unable to give me any kind of updates (I don't blame him–I feel like they just threw him under the bus). Anyway, I finally heard back–but it required a lot of effort on my part. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company to anyone.

The process was easy Whitney answered all my questions and gave me links to upload documents in order to expedite the process.

Whole process was so quick and easy. From initial contact to approval and funding, it was less than a week. Whitney talked over the options with us and helped us to determine what the best fit for our situation was. Lian rate was about where I expected that particular type of loan to be so we're happy.

Renofi was really easy to work with while applying for a renovation loan on my new home. Once all the info was submitted, I had my answer in no more than 48 hrs. The whole process took maybe a week and that was only because it took me a little time to get some info submitted. This staff was pleasant to work with. I will definitely keep them in mind for the next time I'm in need of a loan.

My experience was great based primarily on the end result, which is what really matters! The "process" to get there was a little slower than I would have liked, but the RenoFi advisor and team stuck with me and got us to the finish line. There's always room for improvement, a continual process, but I'd highly recommend looking at RenoFi services as a much better solution option for people looking to get renovations done! Life changing! Thanks to the entire RenoFi team!
