Dreadful communication and total lack of Customer Service. Been waiting since Sept/Oct for a simple policy to be sent to me - Landlord Insurance. Chased and chased, can't speak to anyone on the phone and emails are often left unanswered for ages.
Really poor from a supposedly big name in the Insurance market - avoid if possible.

I dealt with Ellen Weir, she was knowledgeable & competent. She took time to make sure all the information I gave was necessary for the cover I required as a landlord. The initial quote was higher than I expected, so Ellen reviewed other companies & a favourable quote was purchased. Ellen was polite & courteous throughout.

Ellen Weir was super helpful, approachable, informative, and I really felt that she listened, and understood what I needed. Here communication was excellent, and I knew exactly what was going on.She has a friendly, approachable manner, and made something as mundane as buying insurance a lot more enjoyable. I wish all people I speak to on the phone were half as nice.

While it took me sometime to get through to the correct person, Cameron who i was speaking to manage to resolve the request i called for. Although she needed some help from colleague from another department, she called when promised and resolved my request.

The person who I spoke to was helpful, friendly and polite and followed up immediately from our telephone call.

Cameron from Rentguard Tele sales was polite and efficient, just what is required when there is lots to do , the only thing was the 20 minutes waiting on the telephone to get through, all worth while thanks to Cameron.
