Pathetic service, I ordered 5 items from them. It took them 16 days to deliver 3 and 2 of them are still not delivered even after 21 days.
They don't give a damn about your time. they say you have to be there to receive and they cancel at the last moment. A man cannot take leave everyday and then not even get the items. Its ridiculous and frustrating.
It is my first and last time that I am taking service from them.

I placed an order with rentickle back in september, 2021 (order no 100040486), which I wanted to change. The Rentickle sales person asked me to cancel which I did and placed a new order, paid in full for one year. Its been 6 months and every few months I get harassed by rentickle employees to pay for this order. And this is despite their own employee by the name of Sajid Sidiqui who implored the department not to, as is seen by this email to all the employees. Its disappointing to say the very least to see the inefficiency of the employees. @Amit Sodhi, please take note and take action.

It's been almost 10 days since I ordered 5 items from this website, like all the other rental stores they quickly took the payment before initiating any KYC or confirmation of the delivery date.

Post I made the payment, there is no response from the delivery/Cust. service team, if there is any?.

They are not bothered about responding to your calls hence the customer number is of no use. Their customer support over chat chooses not to reply on most occasions.

Don't trust these guys with your money!

Beware of Rentickle.com

They don't allow you to pay rent by any other means other than ECS. And they dont tell that to you - you have to find it in 27th line of their email. They will deliver order and ask you to sign a rent agreement - check carefully - that rent agreement is actually a ECS agreement authorizing them to deduct from your bank account.

I had rented furniture from rentickle and other platforms as well. I had the best experience with rentickle compared to others which are full of unwanted gimmicks.

I just sent an email to rentickle for pickup and immediately they stopped deducting the amount from the bank, in fact my society went in containment zone and I was unable to return furniture on the scheduled date still they did not charge me for the duration and picked up the furniture at my requested date within 1-day notice. They also refunded the full security amount.
