My father’s house was flooded by the next door neighbour, we contacted Lambeth Council (the landlord) and explained what had happened. After multiple attempts to get the council to sort out the issues within the property, without any success. One of my Father’s neighbours who had suffered a similar situation gave him the number for Resolute Legal. I called them that week and explained everything, they then assigned me a Caseworker who went by the name of Mr Uzondu. From the very beginning Mr Uzondu was extremely helpful and showed lots of empathy towards my Father’s situation.He was professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process.Last month he successfully managed to get the council to complete the disrepair to the property and secured compensation for my Father.

I've had ongoing problems with my landlord for years and couldn't get them to properly address the issues of severe damp, mould and leaks until I reached out to resolute legal.With their assistance and perseverance, the work in my home is now completed and I'm extremely grateful to all those involved in the handling of my case. Absolutely brilliant service. I had ongoing issues with the council about disrepair and damp and took over a year before I gave this a go. From start to finish I was kept informed of any correspondence and was advised throughout the whole process. Very easy to speak to, and things were explained to me very clearly. Good end result indeed. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Resolute very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I've been fighting for years with my landlord to get repairs sorted but it has fallen on deaf ears luckily I found Resolute Legal and the wonderful team to help me finally get it sorted, I would really like to thank JJ, Dawid and Adil for their expertise and helpfulness in resolving the matter without them I'd be living in unacceptable conditions

My council property was in the worst condition, there was extensive black mould in basically every room. Lambeth council was literally not doing anything. So I instructed Resolute Legal to help me with my unbearable living conditions. Emma Rudge from RL helped me with everything, she was great and was extremely thorough. It was a long process but thanks to RL my property has had a complete reconstruction. I now have a brand new bathroom, downstairs toilet and all the external walls have been lined with a thick therma board to protect the house from future mould. Both my bedrooms have been completely decorated as have my hall. The work was completed by an amazing, hard working team of professional contractors, Plus I was rewarded a generous compensation!
