Got in touch spoke to Sam she did exactly what we wanted sent it out to us we signed the documents and returned what we had to. We felt relieved. The Wills were done as fast as it could be done for us considering the lockdown in the current conditions and they were there at the end of the phone if we needed them.

Call back received the following day after inquiry with draft being received by email the day after call. I called back with amendments and updated draft received same day, only after updated draft was agreed was payment taken and Will was received by post about 4-5 days later.
