We needed secure disposal of a lot of personal data on RW-DVD's, tapes and other media. Kate in the Restore Total Waste Management office was brilliant, making the process straightforward and swift as well as tailored to our specific needs. Consistently good service

I don't know what has happened Restore…
I don't know what has happened Restore Data but they have really gone downhill.
They didn't transfer us over from Shred on site and so we missed a shred and I had to chase. There didn't seem to be much urgency. Despite have a bi-weekly shred set up they just didn't show up.
We had to unfortunately leave them. Their only saving grace is Janice their administrator has been as helpful as she can be and clearly cares about her job.

Over the last few years i had decided…that i need to resolve a long running issue involving sensitive documents.
Over the last few years i had decided that the sensitive company documents that I hold needed to be destroyed. Somehow I managed to get a phone number and contacted Restore. My first interaction this week was with Chloe Tellitt and within a few days and by weeks end the professional, courtesy and professionalism offered by this company provided a complete resolution for my troubles, the driver who attended with a bespoke vehicle was fantastic polite and well presented with Chloe offering support all the way though this endeavour . Why Restore Datashred Was the Perfect Choice for Our Business
We have operated our small business successfully for more than twenty years, during which time we accumulated a significant amount of paperwork. Restore PLC has been a supplier to CIC Bank, London branch for a couple of years now. Excellent service - from placing the one-off confidential shredding service order with Stacey Nicol, to the collection by their driver (whose name I sadly did not get). He phoned ahead, as requested, to advise when he was on his way - he was prompt, polite and really helpful. Sacks of papers were collected yesterday and I've received the certificate of destruction today. And at a very competitive price too. I would not hesitate to recommend Restore Datashred, and will use them again, if ever needed.

We dealt with a lovely lady called Chloe Tillet to shred and dispose of many years of paperwork that had been stored in the loft. She was very helpful in explaining how the company carried out the disposal, when and what time the lorry would arrive and was generally helpful and respectful. The driver was also very polite and helpful. Highly recommended

Stayed in all day waiting for someone to visit.

Really positive exeperience
I contacted Restore Datashred in the morning to ask for our paper bin to be collected. I was soon phoned back by a team member who said they would email me with a form to complete and sign and would then receive a collection a date. I received this soon after via email, however, this date was 4 weeks away. I responded back to say was there any chance this could be soon as our bin was totally full (which is likely our error that we didn't plan ahead). Duane, who had emailed me with the date, said he would make contact with the driver in our area. Within an hour, the drive arrived and picked up our bin, replacing it with a new empty one. What a brilliant and helpful service. Thank you.
