Great service and staff are so friendly and helpful.
Shamsull was brilliant in supporting us each time we have contacted him. Glen, who dropped the shredding bin off and collected it, was so lovely and friendly too. Restore Datashred has become one of our trusted go-to sources.

Luke from Optima Park came to deal with a large volume of archive filing. Some was kept in a low-hung cellar, but he readily helped to empty the cellar without reservation. He was a saviour!

I Contacted the company as we haven't used their services before and i was given all the information by Claire who then sent me more information via an email and then a phone call to ensure i had what was needed and how it worked and how to proceed.
The delivery of the bags required was next day and the collection 1 week later.
Again after collection i was contacted by Claire on how this went and if we were satisfied with the service which has been outstanding.
Claire's attention to detail, interaction and aftercare service has been exceptional and would highly recommend the company.

Shamsull was very helpful sorting a private shred. The service was quick and easy and we have a loft that isn’t groaning from all of the old paperwork!

We have been using Restore Datashred for some years ( since they were PHS in 2016) and have always found them to be professional and helpful. We don't have a regular collection as we don't have a huge amount of shredding (usually averaging 20-30 bags every year). We call when we are ready for a collection, they send us a contract, arrange a date, collect and leave us further bags for the next collection. Upon our recent collection in September the driver did not have any bags to leave us but said he would order us some. After a few weeks we had not received anything so I called customer services to request replacement bags but was told as we do not have a regular collection we would have to contact a different department, I called the department to request the bags and they said they would send me a contract to complete. Imagine my surprise when they were requesting payment for a collection a year in advance - this has never been the case in the past. We are not prepared to pay for a service a year in advance - what if the business folds within this time. Our only option has now been to purchase bags at our own expense. Totally unprofessional and baffling.

With clearing my Parents house, there was considerable confidential waste. I contacted Restore to see if I could organise a one off collection. I spoke to Shamsull and explained the situation and a one off collection was organised without any problems, the waste bags were delivered very quickly. I had plenty to deal with all the waste and Shamsull rang me to confirm delivery of the bags and when the collections would be. All in all an excellent service - it would have taken me so long to shred 15 bags of waste and this just removed a huge weight off my mind and became one thing I did not have to worry about. Thanks to all.

We have used Restore Datashred for many years and have always been impressed with the service. We are due to move premises at very short notice and had several hundred bags of confidential waste for shredding. Grace Fautley in customer service and the dispatch team have been extremely helpful providing us with multiple collection dates to get all the bags collected in time for us moving. Migrated to Restore from our existing provider and the process has been excellent so far. We have around 30 sites but the mobilisation team has been fantastic in arranging around our previous advisor.

Phenomenal contract set-up experience! I worked with Chloe Tellitt who helped me get a regular pickup service contract together for the company I work for. She was diligent, a great communicator, and was a pleasure to work with.

I would not even give one star but had to give a rating. We booked this service to collect over 100 boxes, payment was asked for up front more than a month in advance which was done. the date for collection was confirmed in an email, we rang the day before. three staff members of a team of 10 were taken off site to help. on the day the company did not show up all day. As yet noone can answer why.

Chloe Tellitt has been fantastic from start to finish! She guided me through the whole process, replying to my queries quickly with lovely customer service. She made it all so easy to sort and kept me updated throughout. Chloe made it a pleasure to deal with Restore Datashred!
