Received 2 kits as Christmas presents, complained to Revell about poor instructions, thee is no wording, nothing clear on the parts as to where different paints etc meet. One model had parts that didnt meet up and was told by technicians the kit was faulty but nothing they could do, but I had to try to get to store to replace or get credit. Managed to get to store, most helpful, got replacement kit, again exactly the same issues and same response from Revell - basically no spare parts are available in the UK, nothing they could do. My grandchildren so disappointed they cant see the models they bought for me at Christmas. Would never look at buying another kit again without a massive improvement from Revell

a key piece was missing from a Star destroyer and they sent it to me for free in a short time! Thank you!

macht spaß es zusammen zu bauen aber leider gehen die teile ganz einfach kaputt und leider wurde mir auch 1 teil nicht dazu geschickt

So ein Service habe ich lange nicht mehr erlebt.

Ich habe meinem Sohn einen Adventskalender von Revell mit Helikopter gekauft. Er musste Ihn natürlich direkt öffnen und zusammen bauen. Als erstes war ein fehlerhaftes Bauteil in Kalender, so dass man am Propeller nicht weiter bauen konnte. Service angeschrieben, 3 Tage später kam das Ersatzteil. Dann ließ sich der Helikopter mit der Fernbedienung nicht mehr verbinden. Service angeschrieben und ich sollte Ihn zurückschicken. Und heute kam nicht ein neuer Adventskalender, sondern ein Originaler RC Helikopter.
Mein Sohn ist super happy, vielen Dank 👍🏼

Ich habe innerhalb von 4 Tagen (mit 2 Tagen Wochenende!) erbetene Ersatzteile in einwandfreiem Zustand kostenfrei geliefert bekommen! Der Kundenservice hat mich sehr positiv überzeugt. Für mich klare 5/5 Sterne!

I have just completed the model of a Shelby Mustang GT-H with my grandson. Admittedly , it was a tad too hard for him but he enjoyed doing some painting. This model took a fair few months to complete and during which time I lost a couple of parts (probably up the vacuum cleaner!) and so I contacted Revell customer service admitting my issue whilst also confirming it was my fault. Revell were exceptional in the response and sent both the parts as fast as possible from Germany at NO CHARGE. The model is finished and we will obviously buy another Revell to continue our modelling journey. Thanks Revell.de and UK

Revell must be the kaka of modeling! I am in the process of building Satern V rocket and the two halfs are at least a .032 off from each other. So what i see is level 4 means you gotta sand and sand and sand. Sand some more...JEZ! Not only that the ribbed sections! Sand that! An retired Precision Sheet metal mechanic i could of Bumped Rolled the two halfes with my 400 ton press brake and got it plus minos .005 ten max. Also you did one ring of ribbed section. Why not ALL? Dumd!

Habe 2 Helis Glowee 2.0 von Revell gekauft.Beide sind nach kurzer Zeit defekt da sich die Zahnräder vom Antrieb lösen.Habe den Revell Kundendienst angeschrieben,interessiert sich aber nicht für das Problem.So muss Kundenservice sein.War mein letztes Produkt von dieser Firma!!

Very quickly replaced poorly-molded part free of charge with shipping paid for by them. Great company to do business with.

Ich habe mir die HMS Victory gekauft. War nicht teuer. Aber wenn auf der Verpackung steht das es mit Farben ist, dann sollte es auch so sein. Wenn 3 Farben fehlen ist es ärgerlich.

Ich bin seit langer Zeit begeisterter Modellbauer. Die Auswahl und Qualität ist für mich meist immer super. Natürlich muss man wo mal einen Grat entfernen, oder etwas nacharbeiten. Dafür hat man auch dieses Hobby. Auch Online bestellen klappt immer ohne Probleme. Ich werde immer wieder bei Revell bestellen und es gerne empfehlen.

Hawk T.1 very poor kit to put together canopy very poor fit undercarriage gave up completely with and decal why do they make raf roundel and leave you put red dot in center as for the red arrows version the under wing decal cannot be fitted as wing parts all in the way so cannot put them on so in conclusion very very disappointed in the quality of this kit

Der Ersatzteilservice ist wirklich goldwert. Bei Materialschwäche hat Revell aus Kulanz, wo der Kauf 5 Jahre zurückliegt, noch alle Ersatzsegel nachgeliefert.

Ich habe für den Bausatz und Farben mehr als 100€ ausgegeben. Die Farben nicht denkend und kleben noch nach 48 Stunden trocknen. Der Bausatz Katastrophe teile passen oft nicht richtig ineinander einfach mega billiges Material. Macht schon nach 5 Minuten keinen Spaß mehr. Das Geld hätte ich mir auch sparen können. Viele Teile halten auch nicht (habe auch den originalen revell Kleber für solche Bausätze ) die Ergebnisse sehn einfach furchtbar aus. Ich bin mega sauer am liebsten hätt ich mein Geld zurück es ist es einfach nicht wert nie wieder !!!

Überteuerte Bausätze in minderwertiger Qualität, deren Zusammenbau schon nach 15 Min. keinen Spaß mehr macht :-(

Einige Sachen bestellt , kam nur die Hälfte an. Dann versucht jemanden zu erreichen , entweder kommt nach kurzer Zeit die Bandansage oder man wird direkt weg gedrückt. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Nie wieder werde ich dort etwas bestellen.

Revell ist der größte misst hab mir ein Model Flugzeug gekauft da stand drauf abziehe Bilder aber da war der alte misst dabei dann passt alles nicht so zusammen wie es im Plan steht am beste soll revell ihren Misst laden schließen und es sein lassen

Unfortunately, this kit is most definitely not “easy click.”
I’m an experienced model builder but many parts did not fit without filing and glueing . Eventually, I decided to bin the kit . Very disappointing and not what I’ve come to expect from Revell

Qualität der Bausätze variiert zwischen sehr schlecht bis gut.Es kommt darauf an von welchen Produzenten Revell die Bausätze gekauft hat.Dieses aufkaufen von Fremdbausätzen ist ein nervige Sache.Teilweise sind ältere Bausätze von Revell für die Mülltonne ,aufgrund der schlechten Passgenauigkeit.Ersatzteilservices ist sehr gut. Antworten auf Fragen zu minderwertigen Qualitäten bei verschieden Bausätzen gibt es nicht.Habe mehrere Bausätze zurück an Revell geschickt ,da diese sich überhaupt nicht bauen liesen.Sämtliche über 10 Jahre alten Revell-Bausätze sind passungenau und die Decals für die Tonne.Modellauto im Maßstab von 1:25 zeigen das es sich um Fremdhersteller handetlt ,da wir in Deutschland einen gängigen Maßstab von 1:24 bei Autos haben.

I don’t build museum quality models, but I am quite accomplished, and have been building model kits for at least 30 years. I have built a few Revell kits in the past; and have had varying results with them, but the last 2 that I have tried to build have been utter rubbish. The Saturn V rocket ended up in the bin, and the USS Enterprise 05046 (CVN65) is heading the same way. The parts don’t fit properly, the mouldings are so old they should have been scrapped years ago. There is far too much flash, it’s actually not fit for purpose. Will I buy any Revell products again? Not Likely.
