I ordered on 6th december. It has just arrived today 2nd January. It took around 2 weeks for the tracking number to actually work but once it did it was updated every week. I was so nervous waiting for it to come and told my son that it might not be any good when it does arrive. I must have been very lucky because it looks good it works fine and my son is very happy with it. Hes been playing with it for around an hour and loves it. It's not the best quality toy in the world but so far so good.

Do not waste your money, ordered beginning of December and it finally arrived today after 3 emails to 'claire' only after these emails were they any movement on the tracking though, pstdel looks like it had been thrown around boxes all damaged. At no point in the ordering process does it say that the product is coming from China your made to believe it is American, so cheap looking and not what it looks like in the advert, save your hard earned money and don't bother.

Ordered early December for Xmas Present. Didn’t arrive until 29th or 30th December . ‘Claire’ CIA snail address said it was due soon. Really bad quality from China. So disappointed. No mention of Revvlo on the packaging. The instructions are awful and the cable to charge the car was missing although instructions said it was included in the box. The space for it was empty...I’ve asked for refund but nothing heard back. I will contact my bank to see if there is anything I can do via them. Unacceptable. Do not buy!! Such a shame our kids have been let down. Could have bought this cheap at another online auction site!!

I only scored one point to actually get started with a review. If I could score nothing I would!! Do not order, these people take your money but don't deliver. Absolute scam. I may as well as chucked my money in the bin. THIEVES the lot of them. Unfortunately it's not until you've placed an order and realise nothings coming that you start to look at reviews and realise you've been had.

This company is a scam do not use at all my item never turned up waste of time and money I may as well set fire to my £30

I asked them for a refund but because it takes them 6 months to ship its past the 30 days so I cant what a joke

Unlike many others, I actually did get my product. But only after inquiring with the customer service team as to where my order was. (With a reply to my initial email more than 3 days later!)
Let’s just say, I was completely underwhelmed when I saw the transformer. The ad is very misleading in regards to sizing, capabilities, etc. 2 pieces broke off the transformer in the first 24 hours of use so now it doesn’t even raise up. The wireless frequency does not work and the controls work backwards.
Of course there are no returns, only exchanges. And I haven’t gotten a reply from the Revvlo in regards to how to exchange. And of course, who knows if I’ll actually get a new product upon exchange.
Save your money people!

Website when you order does not give you the impression that the item will be shipped from China! Looks a lot more impressive on the ads!! Delivery took forever - nearly 6 weeks! Finally arrived today, cheap flimsy item but it works and my 4 year old loves it! Big fat waste of money but makes him happy for the 10 mins while it is still working!!!

Like most people, I waited forever (ordered November and finally received December 30). We were lucky enough that ours are not too damaged and they work (despite no packing material used); however, no instructions other than on the box which calls them “deformers” and which has instructions that are basically wrong. The controls seem to work backwards than they should and not as per the instructions. Very cheap construction. And I had to finish tightening screws. Both cars use the same wireless frequency so both kids can’t use them at
the same time unless in different parts of the house. There doesn’t appear to be an option to select a different frequency but as no instructions I don’t really know.

Ordered a dragon on 27th November 2019 for a Christmas present. It's now 30th December and still no delivery. I've contacted seller, they are quick to apologise and make all the right noises apart from when I ask for a refund or free returns label - forget it. I always do research before buying things on random websites, except on this occasion. In a moment of madness I followed a link on a well known social media platform and purchased instantly, BIG mistake. Don't waste your hard earned cash. Too late for me now. Not holding out any hopes for delivery and don't suppose I'll ever get my money back. DO NOT TOUCH THIS WEBSITE!!!

This company is a ripoff. I ordered 2 transformer cars as Christmas gifts on November 14, 2019. As of December 30, 2019, they have still not arrived. They have a "track package" area on the website, but it is useless, because it keeps changing. One day in December, it showed the package was in the US. The company was contacted and responded that it was 2 days from delivery. Now the tracking shows it is still in China! I contacted the company again but no one has responded. I want a refund!

They take your money and run I've emailed them everyday for the past three weeks. I'd never deal with these again. A dear lesson learnt.

In my humble opinion, REVVLO is a classic unfortunate act. The are like many others - take money, promise delivery to a degree, fail to come through, and have no intention of correcting anything; essentially quick to take, slow to impossible to deliver.to a degree. It is truly sad of all the negative comments, experiences for this company; but it seems they deserve. I went on FB early on and cautioned people about dealing with this company. I am still waiting on y order and quite simply feel it is a non-starter. But it is my fault for trusting something I did not know.

I will be trying to get me money back through the bank. But how do we shut this website down???

Havent recieved my order company ignore emails

never ever ever ever again. i do not know why i always trust these stupid websites. i ordered end og november and it's still in transit. i emailed twice and did get a response back with an apologetic claire...*eyeroll* If i could give this company negative stars, i would. I only have myself to blame. shame on me.

I am in the same boat as others. Order mid nov and said it was shipped. Have a shipping number however last update is in China. Every couple days the delivery date will update however nothing ever arrives. Emailed the company no response. I ordered on a credit card and they have reversed the charge. The lady I worked with as soon as I said the company said. Oh we have been getting many calls on the same thing. I think we all have been scammed

I am in the same boat as everyone else. I ordered two for my boys on Dec 4th..after two weeks of the tracking number not working, I emailed them Claire emailed back days later, suddenly tracking worked but still in China. Claire says delivery date is Dec 24th to 27th. Still nothing. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company, anyone else who has despite charged have any luck? My CC company temporarily reversed the charge pending investigation, but my question is, with all these negative reviews, I hope we all get our money refunded.

Poor company and service. Ordered RC cars in early Nov, didn't receive until late November. Package was damaged badly prior to US Post Office receipt. Communicated immediately via email, slow in reply. Gave me address to return goods and made me pay to do so. Then more back and forth on receipt of goods. At this point I have disputed charge with my CC company and have not heard anything from the company (Claire) since Dec. 20th. Horrible experience.
