I want to give them negative 5 stars. Ordered middle of November when I check tracking they have been in Chicago since December 18th and tracking stopped. I have emailed 3 times and no response. Scam !

I wouldn’t really give them 1 star but had to to be able to review them. Ordered November 29, 2019 for Christmas presents, and still haven't received my order. Can’t find out where my order is. Don’t buy!! Why would Facebook allow such deception?? SCAM!!!!

I ordered the Transformer car on Nov.16. There was no corespondence from the company. I had to locate the order and track it. The first time I tracked it, after 16 days, it still had not shipped. When I checked on Dec.24, the package was in New York. Expected date for delivery was Dec. 26 to 28. It arrived today in a very dilapidated box, but the contents were amazingly intact! We tested the car and it worked perfectly. My only complaint is that no emails were sent concerning the order. and shipment took 5 and a half weeks.

Terrible experience. Order was for christmas presents and placed over a month ago but still have not received them..wish I had researched this company before placing order. Had no idea they were coming from China . Now I read they are junk so if they ever come I have no idea how to return them. I will call my credit card company and report them as frauds

received this hunk of junk that was missing the connection points in the battery compartment. item came packaged with no return address. when i ordered this it was just an order form and charge info etc. no return policy no return address, no confirmation E-mail. I turned the whole thing over to my credit card company for dispute resolution and they will attempt to get in touch with them as clearly i couldnt with no information available. I got onto them on Facebook. Facebook should be ashamed to have these obvious scammers on the site. if i had known that they were based in Singapore I would never have done business with them, but they didnt let you know that they were a foreign company. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!! SCAMMERS...SCAMMERS......96% BAD REVIEWS CANT BE WRONG!!!!!!!

Junk, do not buy these things

These cars are piece of crap. Finally got the 2 I ordered. One car, the remote a button was stuck & didn't work. Plus the windshield was all scratched up, it looked used.
The second car had screws missing on the bottom of car, & didn't work at all. Both cars looked used, with what looks like a lot of glue. I've tried to contact company with no response. Guess I'm out $50.00. Lesson learned, never buy from China...

Promised delivery and tracking info and waited over a month for car. Then box came crunched and sure enough controller broken. 4 messages later no satisfaction. Company is not to be trusted and clearly doesn’t care. Can’t call because no number ever found even after I asked for one. Totally disgusted and wish better business bureau would shut them down.

I agree with all the others.I ordered 3 cars for my grandsons on November 22 and the expected arrival time was to be 9 - 12 days.
It's now 12/27 and no cars! This company must be creating havoc for all the legitimate businesses dealing with China.

Like everyone else I ordered November 27th. Still haven't arrived. Won't answer emails. Am going to my bank to see what can be done.

Worthless! First of all, it took almost a month to receive. It was too late for Christmas. There were no instructions in the box only on the box. Hard to put batteries in the car, there were also many screws missing( at least three . When we finally got the batteries in, the toy broke on first attempt. The hood of the car was scratched. It won’t run on carpet. Terrible!

Very dissatisfied with service scam ordered 1 month ago said 7-6 business days still no car I’m going to the news channel so they can put this out there for people not to order anything coming from China ripped off, I see they have very bad reviews I should have looked first, this is not a good company

Didn’t arrive despite ordering a month ago. Scam, avoid!

Nothing came for Xmas day after they said it would, no refund yet, very disappointed kids Xmas day, no information from them about where items are.

I ordered 5 cars November 22, 2019. First my credit card got declined. Silly me didn't think anything of it. Went and got my husbands card. His went through. Immediately afterwards he got a phone call about a fraud alert asking if we made the purchase. He told them we had. We then received an email saying our order would arrive within 7 - 16 days. Here we are on December 25, 2019 without the cars and had to run out and get a different gift for my grandchildren that i had planned on giving these to. Now i just want a refund and very disappointed.

THIS IS A SCAM DEFINITELY! I ORDERED THEM ON MY CREDIT CARD AND AM TURNING THEM IN FOR FRAUD THIS WEEK. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT FACEBOOK WOULD ALOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO SO MANY PEOPLE! THEY KEEP TELLING ME IT WILL BE TWO MORE DAYS TO ARRIVE, AND THEM THEY KEEP ADDING TWO MORE DAYS TO THE WAIT. HOW CAN THAT BE WHEN TRACKING STOPPED IN CHINA!!!!! THE POOREST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM ALERT! Just like all the rest of the reviews on here. Ordered Nov-27th it is now Dec-25 and tracking details stopped on the 12th. Emailed them numerous times and no response and of course these scammers do not have a number you can call. Nothing more worse then ripping people of on Xmas. That $59 hurt but more importantly hurt my kids more! It will eventually catch up to them and I’ll be here reading about it and me and my kids will be laughing at you scammer lowlife scumbags! SCAM
