The price was good and I find the paperwork easy to follow

Very disappointing experience. Rias valued my car at only £4,500 when its actual value is around £45,000. When I contacted them to correct this obvious error, they cancelled my policy without giving me a proper explanation. I have a clean driving licence, so I’m now worried that their mistake and cancellation could affect my future insurance. This is completely unfair and needs to be corrected immediately.

RIAS shouldn’t have accepted my insurance and taken payment if they were only going to cancel it afterwards.

Thank you for resolving this over the phone. However, it would have been better to confirm by email that RIAS cancelling the policy due to the incorrect vehicle value will not appear as a cancelled or voided policy on other insurers’ systems, and that I should answer “No” if asked whether I have ever had insurance cancelled or voided. Please confirm this in writing for my protection.

The website was very user friendly and easy to understand and navigate without any help. The online account also was easy to access and all the documents were easy to obtain and download copies. The website and online account explained the processes for making any future changes to the policy and the best way was via your online account to avoid or incur additional charges.

It was easy and clear to understand and fill in the forms.

Shocking renewal, price. No claim made yet it almost doubled.

Hi Rias.You wrote to me on Trust Pilot on the 28th of August saying that you have gathered all complaints and have sent them to the RAC and have asked them to contact us directly.That was 2 weeks ago and still no response.This goes back to July 17 and not even one apology.
Also,why are we constantly communicating on Trust Pilot when you could either email me or just pick up the FONE

Rias are communicative and easy to deal with. Although I've not had to claim the service I have received has been great.

Never heard of Rias prior to my purchase of car insurance and had a general query about new policy, spoke to Becky who was extremely helpful and so far so good!

The more info you give, price gets better. There are little tips and information points which I liked. It's simple to use and you have the option to call for purchasing the insurance; I am assuming this is not charged extra but it's for convinience and for people who are hesitant using their debit card online. They use a safe payment method linking for approval on your banking app. Wasn't as difficult as I thought it might be.
