I have just arrived home after picking up my new MG HS SE. A big thank you to Marius Mockus and the team at MG. They did not miss a beat with getting the car and going through everything with me. It has been the smoothest procedure I have had in my years on the motability scheme. Thanks to one and all. The new HS is as nice as the online reviews and other owners have stated.

James was great. Very helpful. Unfortunately the service department did not order the car mats in time for collection. The valet department really needs to pay attention to bringing the vehicle up to scratch for handover and not just give a quick ‘spit and lick’. Very disappointing!
