Travelled 140 miles to collect the vehicle. It wasn’t cleaned at all let alone valeted, no customer service, no hospitality skills and made us wait 2 hours onsite. We won’t be coming back to this garage again.

From the moment I went into the dealership looking for a car, I was met with a smile and hospitality. It was Sunday 29th March at 10.00am soon as I was in the dealership I was offered coffee by Kelly Faith. We walk around the showroom and I was shown new cars and was given information of each car I was shown. I was given an option to a test drive. I explained I wanted a larger car, Kelly put away the Keys for the new car. And took me to look at a MG ZS and allowed me a test drive. After the test drive, I knew that was the car for me, I explained what my budget was and my circumstances. Kelly went through 2 different permutations and explained them to me fully.
Nothing was to much bother. We finally got everything down on paper and worked out all the figures for the finance. To cut a long story short, I am today,Thursday 2nd April, at 12.30, the proud owner of a MG ZS Hybrid+ 1.5. An absolutely beautiful car.

From walking into the showroom at Richmond Guildford I was greeted by Marius Mockus who made my whole experience of buying my first MG a joy.
He was very professional with none of the heavy sales pressure that I have experienced in the past at other dealers, I was kept fully informed f everything and to make things better the car was delivered before my original delivery date.

Marius the salesman was very helpful. There were some problems in the car being delivered due to bad communication from the transport firm. He did all he could to resolve the problem and keep us up to date.

It's early days but MG Guildford (Richmond group) and our new MG S5 EV car have been great so-far: We took delivery of our first battery-powered EV last week and Marius in the MG sales team has been excellent -- knowledgeable, patient and informative. We only visited MG on the off-chance whilst browsing the range of dealers on Slyfield industrial estate and were sufficiently impressed with the service & deals to accelerate plans to go from Toyota hybrid to EV by a few years, ordered an MG S5 EV and it arrived pretty-much as Marius predicted even with the disruption to international shipping etc. going-on at the moment. We've driven less than 50 miles but 100% happy so-far, good value for money etc.
