Great service, very professional and polite and not pressured on sales whatsoever.
I located a car on the website unfortunately was a different branch. This was no problem whatsoever as they transferred the car to my local branch and prepared it for inspection.

From the moment we walked into the show room Jagdeep Bhakar welcomed us and helped so much nothing was to much trouble, we never had an appointment but Jag made time to sit and explain everything even took our order on the spot. Nothing was to much trouble even when I couldn't find how to happen boot. Such an amazing experience.

Charlie Dobson the sales executive was most helpful, she was patient and kind as i have parkinson's disease.She explained everything and checked for understanding. Charlie took us for a test drive and explained all the controls. She is an exceptional driver. Wonderful lady to deal with. The only negative comment is the car had no charging lead and one had to be ordered. This limits how you charge your vehicle. Del was also informative about other add on warranties'. We found Richmond showroom clean pleasant and comfortable.
