Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience! I sent in my measurements and received an email back promptly asking me more questions. then I received three suggestions for safety vests. this was also on the weekend! I just got my air vest and can't wait to use it.

Their customer service is nonexistent
Their customer service is nonexistent. Do not buy clothes from this retailer. They require that the customer contact them in order to start a return; however, they do not return voicemails left and do not answer the phone. Effectively making it impossible to return items.

Hi Catherine, I'm so sorry that we somehow missed your call. At the time you said you called, we were at a busy horse show in Upperville, VA where cell and wifi service is virtually non-existent. We do specifically ask on our website that return requests be emailed to us. You emailed us on 6/10 at 12:25 PM and we responded promptly at 1:24 PM. However, in the interceding time, you posted this negative review at 1:17 PM. Affording a business 52 minutes to respond to an email before posting a negative review seems unreasonable, but it's clear that we did not meet your high expectations, for which I'm truly sorry.
We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors finding a business that is able to respond to your requests more promptly.

They actually consult with you on what to buy. I had a few go rounds in email along with sending measurements and pictures. So I trusted that what I was getting would fit and also function they way I wanted.

I needed a replacement canister for my X-Air Safe vest after I inadvertently dismounted without unhooking. My order came quickly and thanks to Catherine’s excellent video I had no trouble replacing the spent cartridge.
