Very poor company
You put my initial quote up claiming I hadn’t disclosed certain things, when the agent looked at the system proving I hadn’t. When I then cancelled you kept £25 of my fee when you had my money less than 24hrs!!! Do not bother with this company

Having reviewed your journey, you cancelled your policy due to an increase in the premium, as a result of a claim not being disclosed correctly on the policy you took out.
During the validation call, it was established that multiple quotes had been obtained and that a previous quote without the claim listed had been taken out. The information on your policy needed to be updated, which increased your premium. As a result of the increase, you decided to cancel the policy.
When you bought your policy, you agreed to our Terms of Business and confirmed this by ticking a box. The terms state there is a cancellation fee of £25 if you cancel within 14 days. All fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation charges are in place to cover some of the costs we incur in setting up policies that are cancelled through no fault of our own. We keep this as low as possible and only apply it to cover genuine costs.

Emails were clear and a discount was applied to the renewal price as a loyalty extra.

Cancelled policy without permission no refund given

Hello,
Thank you for taking your feedback. Having reviewed your policy, we can confirm it was cancelled in February, as you did not provide the documents requested.
As part of our validation process, we requested a copy of the V5 document, proof of no claims, copies of all drivers' licences and a utility bill. This was requested by phone and in writing on 20th January 2026, with confirmation that the documents needed to be received within 7 days or a formal cancellation notice would be issued. That notice was issued and emailed to you on 27th January 2026. We then called and left a message on 28th January 2026, advising that your policy would be cancelled on 3rd February.
As we did not receive the documents, the policy was cancelled in line with our Terms and Conditions. Any outstanding premium was charged accordingly, and the remaining balance was refunded to your card.
