Almost 3 years into a tenancy with the management of Nusha and she has been very professional, competent and considerate with the tenancies. No complaints just positive things to say about her work in all aspects.

Nusha was incredibly helpful throughout my tenancy. She was always responsive, professional, and genuinely caring, making every process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her support and would happily recommend her to others.

It’s really a good experience for three years ago, I m about to enjoy the fourth year with the Ringley group, they are very good en services, respect, solidarity as well.

I am the operations manager at Kiin and we have been working with Nusha at Ringley for over 2 years now developing and implementing a social and wellbeing calendar of activities for residents at Regency Heights. She has been great to work with - responsive, friendly and providing the bridge between residents and activities. She has a good grasp of what the residents enjoy and how to engage with them. Looking forward to our continued relationship.

I’ve worked with Nusha at Regency Heights and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. She’s responsive, clear in her communication, and always proactive in getting things resolved quickly. Working with someone who is consistently reliable makes a huge difference, and Nusha has definitely been great to work with.

Appalling when it comes to managing properties. You contact them regarding a issue and they fail to sort it but then charge extortionate amounts for cleaning and gardening services. The biggest joke is the admin fees, the amount of times I've had to chase for the service charge is a joke

From what I've seen so far Ringley do a fantastic job managing Prospect Place, the development is in great hands with the team and is well looked after. I've spoken to a few of the team on a number of occasions, namely Dan in Maintenance and Diane and Joe in Concierge and really appreciate how super helpful, approachable, reliable and friendly they are with any queries or requests I've had, creating a great atmosphere for visitors and residents alike.

Ringley clearly takes pride in the developments they manage and the PP team reflect this ethos, resulting in a lovely place to live, work or visit.

Ringley have always helped me out when I have needed their assistance as a leaseholder. Susi and Denise have always given service with a smile. No problem has ever been too big.

I love this building

Couldn't manage their way out of a brown paper bag. Terrible customer support and property managers are about as useful as a candle in the wind. No respect for genuine issues only care about money and how to overspend it. Avoid.

Recently a new entrance door to a hallway that gives access to our flat was fitted.
Unfortunately an issue arose with the new keys.
I contacted Adele Robert’s who is our senior relationship manager & it was clear to us that she was on the case & had a wealth of knowledge regarding block management.
We discussed a few items such as the remote unlocking from our flat not yet working etc.
It’s clear to us that Adele is a hands on person that leaves no stone unturned.
Professionalism at this level is not easy to find these days.

Since exercising our Right to Manage and appointing The Ringley Group, have seen vast improvements in terms of communication, transparency and a real effort to provide value for money. I'd also like to give a shoutout to the cleaner(s) on our building - Bushane Court. Very diligent and feels so much cleaner!
