My first time using Ringvan. Booking was easy and the price I chose was the best I could find for a 2 man team. On the day Ringvan kept me up to date regularly by text and supplied a tracking link which I didn't need to use due to the excellent driver service. Vladimir and his colleague were outstanding; he sent me a text in the morning introducing himself and giving an expected collection time slot of one hour and that the I was then the first drop off after that. They were respectful of people and property, extremely polite and helpful and very quick and efficient. They moved a double mattress and a table from London to Kent for us with ease and even wore facemasks without being asked which I found reassuring particularly as they had been in my elderly father's house. I would definitely happily hire Vladimir again.
The delivery team definitely earned 5 stars. I've given 4 stars overall though as I thought the website could have been clearer on explaining how payment was charged. The deposit was immediately taken by card but gave the impression I would pay the balance in cash to the driver. So I got cash ready but was charged automatically by card, luckily I had enough in the bank to cover it but clarity was needed in advance. Overall, a great service.

This is my first time to use the service. I am surprised that use a large van for my 15 boxes of things. Due to an accidental issue happened, they are happy to rearrange the time without any additional fee. Two gentlemen helped my delivery. They are professional and friendly. Highly recommended!!

Amazing service. I was dubious for the price but I couldn't have asked for better. Driver texted me the night before with expected arrival time, and this morning I had a text with a link to live location tracking showing expected arrival times. When they arrived, they were polite and helpful and put the sofa where it needed to be. Glad I didn't try to move it myself! Will use again.

Prompt, helpful team, who volunteered to help stabilise a piece of furniture after moving it to new address. Top marks.
