Rio Heating Opiniones 

I bought a Rio Eco Plus 2kw heater. I had previously had a similar sized heater from a different manufacturer, which was slightly cheaper but did not have the Wi-fi control that I now need. The Rio seems to be far better quality and much sturdier and when I struggled to understand the instructions for setting up the controls I was able to telephone the Company and get immediate assistance. I am delighted with the heater and the excellent service!

I purchased an Arc Rio heater in June 2020 when they were released, and just before Christmas I came down to it not working. Turns out the fuse had blown and in doing so partially melted the plug and socket. As the heater has a two-year warranty, I contacted Rio Heating and got a response the same hour that a replacement plug would sort this out. I wasn't quite convinced as I'd prefer to know what had caused the issue, but had it confirmed that replacing the plug would rectify the fault and that I would have the cost reimbursed. I bought the replacement plug the same day and forwarded the receipt for repayment but have since heard nothing despite several chases. Yes, I know this was over Christmas, but there have been working days in between and the fact I had such a quick response initially leads me to conclude Rio Heating have decided not to reimburse me after all. Whislt the cost of the plug is minimal, I think the greater concern is that this company are not honouring their legal obligations under UK law.
