All around 5 star experience with Rise. Their products outmatch any other workout type clothing brands. The quality is amazing, and the fit is perfect. I have ordered over 20 items now and I have been more than happy with everything. Also, having dealt with their customer service, it is without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received. They went out of their way to help me and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have had nothing but great experiences with RISE and specifically Nicks customer service! I have ordered over 1000$ in clothing and will forever continue shopping with them. Out of all the items i've purchased i've only had 2 with minor defects and it was resolved very quickly. They stand behind their product and treat all customers with utmost respect. The clean packaging and quality of the items is a 10/10 for me. My friend is a large fan of RISE as he a fitness influencer & the owner of RISE has reposted his posts a few times (fan boy moment) he swears by this clothing and won't wear anything else for fitness attire or lounging clothes.

Comfy 2.0 hoodies and joggers are perfect, i could wear them everyday, rise quality is amazing

I recently made my first purchase with rise and am so glad I did. I got the comfy hoody and comfy joggers and they’re exactly that, comfy! They’re suuuuper soft on the inside and the overall fabric is thick and doesn’t feel cheap. I bought these for an upcoming trip to wear while traveling and at airports and was going back and forth between Rise and a few other brands. I wanted to buy Canadian and am glad I did. The shipping was also really fast, only a few days. I’ll definitely be purchasing more in the future. Customer service is also fantastic. 10/10 no notes.

I ordered a hoodie that was too small, my fault, so I sent it back to be exchanged. Unfortunately, they were out of my size, but customer service was very quick to letting me know and helping me through the process of finding something else. Best customer service experience I’ve had from a company. Thank you Edwin and Nick, you guys are awesome!

I recently placed an online order through Rise over the past holidays but when the clothes arrived, they unfortunately too small. I immediately reached out to the Rise customer service department and they were absolutely exceptional! They responded promptly to my inquiry with instructions to set up an exchange for an alternate size. They were fantastic to deal with, professional and were very friendly throughout the whole process.

I will definitely order again in the future as I am a satisfied customer with not only there fantastic customer service but also their product!

Rise is fantastic! I order the wrong article of clothing (100% my fault for not paying attention), I emailed their support email and within hours they had replied and changed my order. No problems! The clothing (sweatpants and a hoodie) have arrived and they are everything I wanted and more!

I bought a pair of lifting straps recently, and they are great! I had a customer service issue as I didn’t receive the right item originally, but customer service fixed it right away. Great brand, 100% would recommend.

RISE consistently delivers quality products that feel good and look incredible. They've quickly become my go-to store for gym wear, belts, knee sleeves, etc. Recently, I had a delay in my order that was entirely out of their hands. Going above and beyond, they reached out to be sure the order arrived before Xmas. This is just an example of how they don't just sell gym wear, they are committed to the customer. Exceptional company with an outstanding staff.

I've had a few orders with the company and the gym gear is great. Took my son to the gym last week and I let him wear one of my hoodies and of course he kept hinting he would like to keep it, even though it was far too big, so I had no choice but to order him one and since I was going at it , I figured I'd get a few extras for myself. I messed up my order two times not paying attention and they had no issues fixing it all for me. Was a solid save for me and it was only fair for me to write my experience.

I have ordered from this company several times and they are absolutely amazing! Not only are the products top quality (including proper sizing), the customer service is excellent. On more than one occasion when I placed an order I had to contact them due to an error I made when I placed my order. They replied extremely quickly and fixed what I had done wrong instantly. Incredible happy with the quality of the products I got from RISE. I purchased their sweat pants so comfortable and really good for winter coming. Everything from the shorts, active shirts, and the lifting gear has met or exceeded my expectations. They have my recommendation all the way!
