As everyone else said, dont buy!!
Is a scam and wowcher promotes scammers. You are told your contract is with Rithu Beauty even that you purchased the wowcher so good luck who know what the companies do with your personal information.

I bought the Olaplex Oil via wowcher and was told it was delayed however, there's been no updates since and I even reached out 3 times! Avoid!! I'm not sure if I'll be able to get a refund at this rate.

Avoid this company purchased voucher via Wowcher and like all the other people who have wrote reviews never received the goods and just being ignored when contact them. They are absolute thieves take your money and don't send the goods out.

I would score lower if I could. I ordered K-18 hair treatment through wowcher. The delivery date passed so I emailed asking for an eta. They replied explaining they were out of stock and I could cancel, which I did. From then, no contact, not replying to my emails and no refund. I had to raise a dispute with my bank for a refund. Shocking

Scammer, bought 2 vouchers from Wowcher and used them on hair product, did not receive either

Bought Charlotte Tilbury duo via Wowcher and they did not send the item or reply to email. Absolute scammers.

I have reported their fraud to Companies House

Stay away from this company. Bought 2 k18s from them from wowcher after a month and a half they still not delivered. And sent many emails with no reponce. I dont my research and they selling fake k18s Terrible service stay clear!

As others have said, purchased vouchers through Wowcher which cost me £90 plus I then had to pay £14 postage. All are supposed to be expensive hair care products, 2 stated delivery on or before 24th April. As you’ve guessed they didn’t arrive and despite multiple attempts
To contact this company, no response has ever been received.

I have now contacted Wowcher to demand action and will not be taking any response where they say they have fulfilled their contract as my contract is with them not the fraudulent merchants they choose to partner with.

I also suspect if this company do dispatch anything it will be counterfeit.

Wowcher using a specific email address given by PayPal. I have also reported the transaction to my bank as fraudulent.

I will also be reviewing Wowcher themselves as this was a first experience and they clearly don’t vet the companies they partnership with very well. I never knew that this happens till I looked at their reviews and see these concerns about merchants have been raised before.

4/5 update wowchers response has been to email the merchant copying me in - they are contacting them on the same email addresses I have consistently chased them on myself - so that is useful, not! Says give them 72 hours to response so this is going to drag on, but I will get a refund, will not let it go.

7/5 still no contact, still no goods - still fraudulent. I have now reported the company to companies house as they are registered as a Ltd company as fraudulent advising they check the reviews on here, which I notice are increasing and all still saying same thing. Please do the same thing if you have had the experience that at last count 32 of of have had, the more people that report the more likely they will be investigated. I personally think the company the vouchers came from need reporting as well, as they are selling vouchers for a company that is not supplying anything!

8/5 Be persistent don’t loose your money if you bought vouchers for this bunch of (insert your word here) I sent Wowcher the trust pilot link to these reviews and what Google said about them along with more emails and this morning my full refund has finally come through. Don’t just leave it if you have lost money, they need to be held accountable for partnering with this lot.

Ordered three items nothing has arrived. I have contacted them they have just not replied. Bought a wowcher to buy products with no joy with Wowcher either said by purchasing the wowcher they have fulfilled their duty. Do not buy from either total waste of money it’s an utter scam.

Do not buy anything from this company especially from Wowcher. Scammers selling fake products & they don’t even ship or refund you. They also don’t reply to any emails or messages.

I have bought GHD straighteners through Wowcher that this dodgy company supposed to send out, its been over a week and still haven't received my order. I received one email back last week saying stock arriving the next day and since I had no updates and order nowhere to be seen! Avoid! No way to contact them other than email, discusting service i will be reporting this compan.

Bought GHD straighteners from this company through Wowcher. What can I say!? I ordered 2 Charlotte Tilbury products at a very good price trusting both Wowcher and Rithu. How wrong I was! No order so now fighting with Wowcher, Rithu and my bank! Why? This is a scam and should be investigated
