This business is a scam. Tried to cancel the subscription and it didn't work. Tried to return the product which they said I could and it was returned to sender for the place of business being vacant. What a joke.

I think this product is good for your gut and helps to move the bowels clean you out .

Are Add a order with wrong card by mistake and they handled it very fast and professionally.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Not only did it take forever to get the product delivered (apparently from Hong Kong)... they delivered it to the wrong address. I have been trying for weeks to get a response to my emails (you can't call). Terrible! Don't waste your time or money. I'm out $60.

Have been taking for 2 weeks now. I heard it would take about a month to notice results. I’ll keep going and update later.

Very easy to communicate with Ritual Labs. Sara was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly.

Ordered 30 day supply of liver pills. Took 20 days to show up. 10 days later my card is charged again. I call and email to say cancel order. They say they can't, already shipped. Pills Arrive 20 days later from California. Must have shipped on a covered wagon pulled by horses. They say send back, show them a mailed receipt and they will issue a credit immediately. I did and 21 days later still waiting for credit. Have all this info in emails. Don't trust them. Not FDA approved.

SCAM! Do not purchase from them. I’ve been waiting forever for the order, fake postal tracking, telling me that they were unable to deliver (I live in a major city that’s impossible). They’ve emailed me stating that it’s on the way, I’ve requested a full refund several times and they never respond.

I ordered the happy liver and ancestral organs.
the happy liver took 8 weeks and I nearly forgot about it.
I called customer support and they were extremely quick to respond! Same day. I told them I only got half my order. They escalated and then I got notified that a replacement would be sent for the other half. The tracking number they gave me started with 4PX. When I clicked on it, it showed the package as originating in China. Not the US! This seems extremely counterfeit.
I deleted the auto subscription and my card before they could process the second order.
I have no idea what I actually got since this is a counterfeit product!

I got signed up automatically for a subscription on a medication I didn't order and didn't need. Refusing to send me a refund until I send the medication back to them. They want me to pay for return shipment even though I didn't order this product. Please check your bank statements if you have to buy anything from them because they automatically sign you up on a subscription.

Excited to be less impacted by my diabetes

I wanted to do a follow up review about Ritual Labs. They responded to my complaint of false advertising and automatically put me into a subscription to keep buying their product or whatever it is. On trust pilot they wrote me and said there are "absolutely refunds" and to reply to them with the order #. I did this and it has now been a week and they never responded to my request for a refund. Just a terrible evil company from China or wherever. The state of the world is sad these days and this company exemplifies it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company would not respond to me about a refund. I changed my mind. I asked them to refund me. They told me it was shipped out and once it arrives to contact them about a refund never arrived contacted them again. They said that the product was sent to a PO Box and they don’t send to PO Box and they need a physical address from there. I said well since it has not been shipped. May I get a refund? No response sent three other emails asking for a reply on a refund. Nothing from there. I have been forced to go to the Better Business Bureau to help me get a refund. This company is a fraud and they like to steal from you and reading other reviews. The product is not good for you. Do not buy from them.

Do not order from this company! You will be enrolled in auto ship and will not be able to cancel. No response from the company at all.

Company sucks. Complete scam of a system. Tried to refund as soon as I plaved my order by mistake. They acknowledged the refund. 5 days later I get a message saying the package shipped. I said it should ha e been refunded. They responded with too late, package already shipped. I would give 0 stars if I could.
