I recently bought a new MTB from RM. Delivery was as quick and as well as being pretty much ready to ride (including tubeless setup for the wheels) the bike was really well packaged. Couldn’t ask for more really. I nw just have to get used to this new fanged wheel size…;)

Parcel hasn’t even turned up yet and been atleast a week and the delivery company hasn’t even got it so be careful

The price and the service to get the bike was excellent but the shop never told me that I had to put the bike up I had to pay for a man in a van to collect it and take to Halfords where they charged me £100 to assemble the bike.
Customers need to know so to plan and know that the bike is not road worthy

Another fabulous bike from RM Cycles. This is the third bike I’ve bought from RM in the last year and all have been brilliant. All three were received the next working day and very well packed.

If buying second hand, they identify every minute flaw in the photos. The latest bike I bought is like new.

If you find their bikes on third party website, do check out their website before purchasing. You may find it saves you a considerable amount of money :-)

I recently bought a bike with RM Cycles and after 2 months I did have an issue with one of the parts, however the aftersales service has been excellent and action taken really promptly. They even liaised with my local bike repairers, so there has been no stress in getting things sorted. I would highly recommend RM Cycles 👍 and will look to use them again for my next purchase.

After being reccommended by a friend, I took my Ribble Allroad Al and myself to have a bike fit. I was introduced to Chris who took me upstairs to the bike fit room. While he was putting my bike into the set up frame, he asked me questions about what riding I did, what I was trying to acheive and other questions just to get an idea of what I wanted. Without going through the whole proceedure, Chris checked everything, dropped my saddle, adjusted my cleats, moved my hoods and gave my advice of other things I could try while out on my bike. Overall the adjustments were small but has made a massive difference to my ride position and comfort. The best £60 for an hour in have spent. I highly reccommend. Your back, shoulders, hips and knees will love you forever

Purchased a bike on line. Delivered quickly and packed well. Unfortunately a charging lead for the power meter wasn’t in the packaging. However send a message to sales got a response quickly and lead on its way to me in the post same day.

Im hoping i'm an exception here, but i had a very bad experience Purchasing an Amflow PL from RM. Bike took 10 days to arrive with me, When it did it had a minor amount of damage to it, which could not have happened during shipping, and the bike was missing all the tools, manuals and extras it was supposed to come with along with a crucial speed sensor needed to use the bike properly. They also sent a checklist of things they'd supposedly 'checked on the bike, which included things like, 'Checking firmware was up to date'. It wasn't.
The extra bits were sent out quickly after i complained, but i cant understand how anyone filling out this checklist could have missed any of these bits in the first place. This was the most I'd ever spent on a bike and i was and still am very disappointed.

Overall my experience was positive as RM Cycles had a bike at a price point I could afford. I received the bike well packaged and in good time . My main concern when ordering a bike particularly with electric gearing that everything worked. Having had a Giant bike before I knew that Tue Medium frame will be fine so only the seat post and handlebar to fit and Torque up correctly. My first ride was a 47 mile ride taking in a hilly section and I did experience a slight chain contact with the front Mech . But apart from that all was well. On the RM Cycles Website I was under the impression I could choose one free accessories. So I decided on a bike lock but this wasn't or for some reason unavailable to.me . I sent an email but didn't receive a reply . .. Would I recommend RM Cycles after my experience? Yes I would as overall I am happy with my purchase .

I recommend this bike store, all very nice lads, bike got delivered perfect, full papers and documents with the bike, ill be definitely coming back and using the online shop, for new parts thankyou again guys.
