A warm and friendly booking to similar climes.
Ollie/Olly was so warm and friendly, making getting to the ship and then home from the airport reassuringly straightforward and reasonable in terms of cost.
Receiving for this Caribbean prelude to Christmas grabbed out immediate attention, enquiry for a cabin, and an immediate full amount payment. We can't wait for another return to an Ambassador ship from Tilbury.

Exceeded expectations
In the long telephone conversation with Billy I got detailed answers to all my queries about what will be my first solo cruise. It was a very easy chat devoid of any sales pressure and left me feeling very confident about the experience of a lifetime albeit sixteen months away. The fact that I may contact Billy about any query I may have in the meantime is real customer service rather than starting over with someone else. Left me. Feeling so positive that I’m sure I’ll go the extra mile with the little add on optional services from when I leave the house to start my trip. Thank you.

Thank you ROL for an amazing holiday
ROL have just helped us to have an amazing holiday in Italy, with a cruise on Queen Victoria. The hotels (3) were really good. Clean, good sized rooms, efficient, friendly staff. Transfers were super efficient - email to confirm pick up times and the name of driver, who were all on time, helpful and polite. QV we have been on a few times, so know what to expect and it did not disappoint. Slight issue - itinerary stated a stop in Messina on first cruise day, which was actually a sea day. Presume this was fault of Cunard, rather than ROL. Honestly, it was sooo hot, glad to have a rest day!
ROL provided a great experience all round and we cannot wait for our next trip
