After looking around for roller garage doors I came across RGS. A local company offering free surveys. I applied on line and received a call back the next day. Derren first thanked me for requesting a survey with his company, something that most companies forget. We stranded a survey and he arrived promptly. We discussed my requirements, his product and where the two could meet. He was honest, knowledgeable, polite and extremely professional. After receiving his quote I did a bit more research but couldn’t find anyone who could match the quote with the guarantee he was offering and most were inferior products. My garage door was delivered two weeks later and fitted by Derren in about 3.5 hours. I would recommend this company and Derren to anyone wanting a good quality product, fitted by an expert, using local companies and at an acceptable cost
