After 20 years since our house was built, the garage up & over doors were showing their age, both in operation and looks. They no longer matched the rosewood effect of our UPVC doors and windows due to fading, and needed to go. After some research I contacted RGS and Derren was round the next day to give us a quote. The whole visit was very comprehensive and all options for a pair of electric roller shutter doors were gone through. Derren made no attempt at a hard sell for the most expensive, but fully explained the differences of the whole range. We agreed on the SeceuroGlide Roller Excel in Rosewood finish for both doors, and two weeks later Derren was back, ably assisted by John to do the job. Have to say, the doors do look the business, they are an excellent match with the existing doors and windows, and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this company.

AVOID DERREN...AVOID RGS...A SCAM...VERY POOR LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM.
This is a cowboy service, and I wouldn't encourage anyone to use this service.
He was paid in full, took advantage of a lady who didn't know the workings of the garage, and did cowboy work.
A garage shutter he claimed to have repaired failed to work after he left and when he was informed, he has
declined to return, only because he knew he had damaged the garage shutter.

He is a scam and not fit to provide a service

You have further demonstrated your poor level of professionalism by smearing my name.

My wife has contacted you severally, but you informed her you were not returning to rectify a garage you completely damaged.

The only reason you have refused to return and come here to smear my character for giving you a poor review is because you are fully aware you completely damaged that garage.

Once again, you are a scam...no wonder no new reviews have come here, sometimes people don't bother to leave a poor review and line with their loss, but my goal is that you never have the opportunity to take advantage of poor families and then resort to smearing the character of poor families.
Trust Pilot is much more professional and will follow this through and not just delete my very poor review of my experience with you.

I wanted to change my wooden car port doors for an electrically operated roller door, but wasn't sure it was feasible as the doors were hung at an angle.
I contacted Roller Garage Solutions. Derren was in the area and visited the same day. He thought it possible with some additional brick and wood work. He recommended some tradespeople, that I used and were very good. The door was fitted three weeks after ordering. It looks superb and the remote electric operation is much nicer to open that the old manual wooden gates.
