Derren helped me exit my garage in an emergency situation when my garage shutters failed. He was amazing. He went over and beyond. He then fixed my existing shutters. He clearly knows his stuff. Great guy, great price and a pleasure to work with. RGS is the only shutters business I would use.

Derren arrived on time the following day to provide a quotation.
On placing the order, the installation date was expected to be 4 weeks but the doors were actually delivered and installed in 3 weeks.
The installation is 1st class, the doors operate well and the colour match to the existing house windows is perfect.
I would recommend this company.

Derren and team installed electric garage door. From placing order to installation took about a week, very quick and efficient service. Most important of all very friendly and polite. Too early to comment on reliability/durability of the product, only time will tell. I would highly recommend based on my experience with the product so far.

Very fast from order to installation compared to the four other companies where we got quotes from. Very helpful (even helped me to put up some large beams for shelving) and thorough. I would definitely use them again if I needed another roller door solution.
