I contacted Derren after my roller garage door stopped working. The garage doors were installed by Vecelli who turned to be infamous for installing bad doors under different names. Derren promptly arrived and inspected what was wrong and ordered the parts required and fitted it in all within a span of a week. Excellent service and very honest. Highly recommended.

RGS came out to my house to discuss the options, advised correctly on colours and communicated thoroughly all the way through the ordering and installation process. I could not recommend them more highly.

After lots of research I went with RGS because of the competitive price, the ability to provide the RAL colour I wanted and good reviews on the roller system used. My research has paid off, I've had excellent support from Derren Westbrook at RGS Ltd, the door arrived on time and was fitted by a very efficient and polite team. I'm extremely pleased with the result. I am waiting for a replacement backup battery pack (original damaged) but I have every confidence RGS will deliver.

We chose the Roller Garage Solution Company because they are Trustpiot recommended. Good experience overall - slight glitch with the ordering process but this was sorted reasonably well by Darren and after 3 months, the new door was expertly fitted and we are pleased with it. Would recommend.
