We had a double roller door fitted, it looks very impressive. Darren contacted us quickly, giving an idea of the price before attending. Quick to provide the estimate and solutions to finishing off where the old wooden frame was removed. Door arrived quicker than expected. This company are absolutely brilliant. Derren visited twice to measure after I changed my mind. Patient and respectful. He gave me an exact time for installation and left not a trace of rubbish or dust. The door is excellent and we are so very happy with it. Can't recommend RGS highly enough...

From my initial contact (filling out their form on the website) through to installation Derren was very professional and responded in great time. During the site visit I was told exactly how the door could be fitted and what might need to be done after just to tidy the walls where the old frame was removed - in all honesty it's nothing too bad and can wait until after winter and I'll be able to do it myself as a very amateur DIY-er.

Everything was left very tidy with the power cable neatly tacked to the wall and all the waste from the old door/frame removed the same morning.

Customer Service is always appreciated and Derren ticked every box in my opinion. Very pleased I chose them to replace my door.

New Door ordered and delivered with a week, installation agreed for a week later, but due to transport problems this was delayed for another week. Old door removed and new door installed within 2 hours. Very pleased with the results.

Derren couldn’t have been more helpful. He attended to measure up within 24 hours of my initial contact and the door was fitted within 2 weeks at a reasonable price. The door is strongly built and looks amazing, has made life so much easier! I had a few additional questions about the door after installation and Derren was more than happy to assist. Just a few words I phoned 3or 4 different companies only Darren gave a rough idea on the cost said he could come out and give a quotation which he did very promptly the other companies said they would not be able to come out fore a month and if they did they would not be able to complete in less than 2 months Darren said it might be 6 weeks but he completed in about 3weeks as I am in Spain and had to deal over the phone he was very good and kept me informed as I have not seen the work I cannot comment but my tenant says it is very good and he was very good and polite
