Ordered Wednesday evening with no cost standard delivery. Item arrived on Friday. Always find dealing with Ron Smith very straightforward, the Hereford team are all very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain the pros and cons of any potential purchase.

Living within a few miles of the showroom my husband had originally decided to pick up the machine himself but he hadn’t thought that through properly. The mower comes ready assembled, oiled with a little fuel, and he also hadn’t thought enough about the weight and shape of it when getting into our hatchback. He got in touch at the same time as despatch was just being notified. Our contact at Ron Smith was extremely helpful in changing to their own delivery. They also asked if we had a preference for the delivery day. When the mower was delivered it was delivered, in our case, by a very pleasant Ron Smith driver. It just rolled out of the back of the van. Great!

I would rate my buying experience as brilliant. As most folks would do - I shopped around a little to find what I wanted. Ron Smith had the best deal on my chosen product - they have included oil AND free shipping on an already decent price. They kept me informed straight away and got brilliant updates throughout the delivery period. I cannot fault them in any way so far. Good to be able to speak to someone on the phone before making a purchase. Once placed, the order was delivered very quickly.

This Company accepted my order on the 9th June 2024 and charged me £7.99 for a 5-7 day delivery, I finally received my order today the 21st August 2024! It would have been good manners to keep me informed as to what was happening with my order. Also I would have expected a refund of the delivery charge as a small gesture, but no nothing, well never mind this is a company I can honestly say I cannot recommend to friends or family.
