Ordered May 1st, still has not arrived. Said 7-10 days. Tracking looks shady as others say. Would not recommend purchasing from them.

Delivery Issues

I ordered two roses on May 6th and today is May 19th and have yet to receive them. I realized they probably wouldn't be here for Mother's Day but I didn't expect it to be this long. Since my credit card has been charged you got my order. I can't find my order # so I cannot TRACK it.

This company is a scam. Be warned

I ordered a rose lamp and a forever rose for my mom. Shipping says 5-10 business days and I did it with enough time for mother's day. Neither have arrived. This company is definitely a scam. No customer service number, they dont respond to emails, the tracking doesnt even tell you WHERE the items are, just that they're somewhere. Do not buy from them.

Worthless product, cheap and non-functioning

Received my order for a Mother's Day gift and it did not light, not with batteries nor direct power.

It is made cheaply and is not worth 10 percent of what I paid for it.

I placed my order on Feb 7

I placed my order on Feb 7. I could understand the Valentine’s rush. I could even understand some travel issues. But it’s now Mar 14, and my order has bounced from San Bernardino to Los Angeles, 2 times now. I live on the East Coast. After emailing the company twice, to two different email addresses, I’ve only been sent back an apology and my same tracking number. No explanation, no attention given as to why it may have taken this long. No accountability, and no assurance that it will be taken care of. Submitted a claim to my bank for a refund. I would consider this business fraudulent at this point.

Very Happy

Although the shipping took a bit longer than anticipated, the wait was worth it. I ordered two Valentine Roses for my unsuspecting wife. Each rose was beautifully decorated with LED lights and wonderful bright color! I recommend this product to anyone who wants to brighten there significant others life!!
