I made a call early on Saturday morning to the out of hours line & spoke with GARY THOMPSON. He listed to the issues that my son had with his wheelchair & confirmed that he would be able to arrange for it to be looked at. He communicated via text message the approximate arrival time & also again when the wheelchair had been fixed. Excellent communication & great service. Thank you we very much we appreciated the speedy response, which in turn ment my son could continue his daily activities.

Gary Thompson was so lovely. We had called wheelchair services during the day and got told they are too busy and to call out of hours at 5pm. Gary got to us within 30 minutes and came to fix 1 chair but ended up helping out with 3. He was very talkative and polite and had a really welcoming atmosphere. Couldn’t thank him enough!

Gary Thompson has visited us on a few occasions and has always been very helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble and he is very polite and patient with our residents.

Ajay came out to fix the controller arm on my power chair, Really difficult repair which needed the arm taken apart & reconfigured after I misjudged the space round a wall!! He did a brilliant job & the chair is back to handling like new

Mark Thurling, the engineer who visited from the South West London depot, was extremely kind, professional and patient. He took the time to explain clearly how to safely use the wheelchair and made sure both my daughter and I understood how everything worked before he left.

This support made a big difference to me, especially as this is new equipment that I will be relying on. I really appreciated the care and reassurance he provided during the visit.

Nigel Wilson was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of time when he came to deliver my power chair. This included setting it up so that it was appropriate to me and giving instruction and advice as to how to use it.All clearly given with time to ask questions etc. He also took me out for a "test" drive . I was particularly nervous about going up and down steep hills here and he accompanied up and down the nearest one which greatly increased my confidence. Thank you!
