I recently used this wheelchair service and was genuinely impressed with the level of care and professionalism throughout. From the first point of contact, everything was handled efficiently and with a friendly attitude. The team was punctual, respectful, and clearly experienced in assisting people with mobility needs.

What stood out most was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and safety. The equipment was clean and well-maintained, and the entire process felt smooth and stress-free.

It’s not always easy to find services you can fully rely on, but this team did a consistently good job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of dependable wheelchair support.

One of Ross care's engineers Gary Thompson has been out to my son a few times now both in school and at home for wheelchair repairs. He always goes above and beyond to ensure a professional service and has a friendly and approachable nature. He is a hard worker and takes pride in his work, ensuring the safety and comfort of my son . If only everyone could be as helpful as him 🙂 thank you Gary.

Sean Taylor came to fit a stump board to my Dad's wheelchair today at Newquay Community Hospital. He was efficient, friendly and the service provided was faultless.

Jason Tbllins was terrific. He fixed the issues I had straight way. He helped me understand the Issue and gave me a step by step explanation as he was working on the issues at hand. first time experience of anyone doing that for me.

My partner had Hugh as our engineer, an we can’t fault him he’s wonderful takes his time, on the job he’s completing.
He’s always happy to have a chat, happy, cheerful great experience all round.

The Engineer Sean Taylor was very patient answered my questions,He explained what he was doing when he was servicing the chair .

Gary Thompson was very kind and caring when he delivered the equipment. Explained everything I needed to know. Offered to help with getting me some water when I struggled to catch my breath back. Very kind and caring person. A true asset to this company.

When my wheelchair arrived there were no clips under the arms so today Sean Taylor came and fitted them. He was friendly and showed us how to remove them if we needed to. Then left and wished us a happy holiday

Sean Taylor from Ross Care visited to fix the brakes on a wheelchair. He was really friendly, sorted the issue in no time, and also pumped the tyres up to save me a job. Would definitely welcome him back.

The engineer that came today was Sean Taylor. He contacted me prior to his arrival which was helpful. This is not the first time that we have met Sean, on each occasion he has been, friendly and polite. When speaking Sean addressed both myself and also the disabled client which made him feel included and valued. Sean is knowledgeable and patient. On this occasion, upon seeing the client seated in the wheelchair, he identified postural issues and made a recommendation that would help the client to be seated more comfortably upright in the wheelchair. Sean also very kindly lifted the wheelchair from the back of my car and assembled it for me as I was unable to do so myself due to an injury. We are both grateful for the help we received today and are looking forward to getting out and about with the wheelchair!
