Nice looking mailbox, but arrived with small damage. Not as solid as I was expecting.

Product is good. No batteries delivered. Delivery person left the safe outside my house (there were two steps to get inside). It was an 80kg safe, which I had to then call neighbors to assist me to carry it inside my house ASAP as there is no packaging so the whole street could see I just had a safe delivered to my house.

The safe we ordered was delivered quickly & smoothly. It's well made and is just what we wanted.

Personally I think it should come in a plain brown box rather than one with a full colour picture which effectively advertises that you've just bought a safe! For a security focused company, that seems a bit strange.

Probably should also deduct half a star for there being no real instructions on fitting but that's perhaps being a bit picky.

I cannot fault the service & the quality that Rottner provided. Overall, very pleased with the purchase & would certainly recommend Rottner.

Top Safes, top service!

The first Furnituresafe had a fault, buty service was excellent in resolving it , if not for this slight problem I would have given them 5 stars.
They give a good service and I am sure that you would find them to be excellent.

Item OK, but slight paint damage so maybe it was not properly packed. It does the job however which was my purpose in purchasing.

The website description of the safe I ordered was slightly confusing, the same model having the options of key entry or electronic keypad entry. I opted for the keypad entry safe, only to discover it was about £130 more. However I still felt the safe was good value & proceeded. They then sent the wrong safe, but corrected their error fairly promptly & without any issues. Happy with the product
