Very good Customer Service from Rugette
I bought a rug recently from Rugette. Unfortunately it wasn’t quite right and I asked for a refund. I was impressed with the swift response via email (sadly no phone number available but that seems the ‘norm’ with many places now) and excellent customer service then throughout. They handled the enquiry well and I was very pleased with the outcome. I have bought from Rugette previously and will do so again.

Very nice rugs
Very nice rugs. They look just right, lie flat and don’t trip us. This is the only place I could find runners of 3-foot widths. All the others are 2 feet 6 inches.

Lots of carpets too choose from great customer service
Lots of carpets too choose from and sizes. We found one that fit exactly into our living space with colours that matched it decor. Only had it a few weeks but really happy with it.
Customer service was great. We had some queries with our order and they replied promptly. Shipment arrived on time too! Will buy from here again...now looking for a runner for our kitchen.... They have washable ones which is perfect for what we need.

Excellent customer service rug arrived to match an existing one we had but due to a batch difference the colour didnt match. Customer Services gaves us a few options and solved the issue will definitely use and recommend them again

This is our second rug from Rugette and we’ve just ordered a third. Our new rug has transformed the room - colours true to images on the site. Love that it doesn’t need an underlay.

The delivery was speedy, ordered 11 days ago!
The rug and runner are both as in the images, if a little less bright.
They are thin, as some comments have noted, but that's because they're machine washable. So, it's surely to be expected?

Pretty rug, great customer service. Need rug pad.
The rugs I purchased were beautiful. My favorite was the Yasmin red runner. The colors are reds with warm golden tones. I love the variety of sizes. I will say the rug is thin (to make it washable) but is fixable with a good quality rug pad. Also, I reached out to customer service to return one and they were responsive and helpful. All around good experience.

Customer service is amazing! When my runners didn’t work, gave me several suggestions.
The runners were extremely nice, well made, just the colors didn’t work for my house.
I would definitely shop there again and highly recommend.

As practical and washable. Arrived folded which surprised me but it was no problem to unpack and lie them out and they lie flat. Great customer service- really prompt and friendly.
