I was a little dubious about buying online without seeing it, but I have been absolutely delighted with my purchase. My daughters had both bought from Ruggable before so I was confident about the quality but I was a bit unsure about the colour - needn’t have worried, it is gorgeous. And customer service were second to none, faultless.

This was my 3rd rug from Ruggable and like the others it is of good quality and arrived on time.

I looked all over the place for a rug for my living room. I went to every shop that sold rugs near to me and lots of online sites. I found the rug I liked on Ruggable, but I was worried in case the colour wasn't the same as it looked online. Eventually I decided to order it and crossed my fingers. It arrived reasonably quickly before the estimated delivery date and is perfect! It is exactly the colour I expected and is the finishing touch my room cried out for. I didn't buy the separate under-rug but it really didn't need it. It has enough pile without it and is very soft. It doesn't move when vacuumed but it's light and rolls up easily when I want to clean my floor. I'm so impressed I'm hoping to buy another for my conservatory.

This is my 7th order I can't recommend these beautiful rugs enough the fact that I can pop them in the washing machine and tumble dryer is just a dream ❤️

We were kept up to date on when to expect our rug, it arrived in a smaller box than we expected, the rug is light but we like the pile and not having two layers was a bonus.

Love my ruggable rug. Quality is great. Feels soft and cushioned. Not washed it yet, but love that I can just pop it in the washing machine when I need to. I have a dog and I used to eventually have to throw out my old rugs when they got they got too smelly. My ruggable is much more sustainable in the long term.

Lightweight package. Well-made runner

Great choice of stylish rugs and runners and very happy with the hallway runner I chose. It has had many positive comments from friends who are surprised to hear its washable. Fab customer service when I encountered an issue...couldnt recommend this company highly enough!

These rugs are beautiful but their main selling point is they are washable. Each rug I have washed in my industrial sized washing machine following all care instructions results in a rippled rug for months that never returns to its original quality. I am now told by Ruggale despite spending over £500 with the brand, it’s my problem as I didn’t wash it within the first 12 months. Buy with caution. There seem to be lost of get out clauses where they don’t have to take any responsibility for poor quality products after washing.

The communication was excellent all the way, and it arrived exactly when it said it would. My rug faded; it's not as vibrant as when I first bought it, but still as beautiful. I loved it so much that I bought another one (the same design) but bigger, for my other home abroad
