The base parts of the rugs did not arrive on the delivery. I paid express for this delivery that a week to arrive. I ordered a back up rug cover a day after the original order that arrived in 3 days on normal delivery……. I now have to wait for the bases to be made (they are rug bases surely a stock of these should be available off the shelf - it’s standard stock!) then shipped. I was told I was to be put at the front of the queue - 2 days later I have had no notification to say these have been made or shipped. If they haven’t arrived by Friday 27th the whole order will go back and you will be refunding the £1000+ I have spent. Bad service with lies been told about them been made as quickly as possible. In readiness for the new rugs arriving earlier this week we chopped up the old rug and took it to the rubbish dump. Then for only part of the order to turn up. Now I have no rug down on a slippery wooden floor, an elderly dog who is struggling to walk on it. If he hurts himself will Ruggable be paying my vet bill????? I have had to buy non slip vet bed to lay over the floor for him to walk on - more expense!
